- Update all NuGet dependency versions
- Fix errors caused by nullability changes
- Adjust code after removal of some properties in NuGet types
- Update `NuGetPackageSpecBuilder`:
- Include new restore metadata property and restore setting
- Populate `TargetAlias` no matter the project SDK version
- Check pruning properties to see if it is enabled and only then add prune references
- Fix and refactor existing restore tests that compare the assets file and add new ones that cover the updates
