You can set offset for each prayer times by setting the adjustment here. (+ add the time, - minus the time, default 0)

Set a reminder before each prayer. (Default 15)

Set a reminder after each prayer. (Default 15)

Notify when in the set time before each prayer. (Default checked)

Notify when in the set time after each prayer. (Default checked)

Notify when the time for each prayer. (Default checked)

Shows early reminders based on the minutes set before. (Default checked)

Play adhan or not. (Default unchecked)

Shows notification/reminder along with a message box that pops up in the center of the screen. (Default unchecked)

What's important for this user option is the latitude and longitude values. They are used to get the prayer times.

Auto -> Detect Location automatically
Manual -> Set location manually

Set the city name. You can verify the city name by pressing the magnifier icon on the textbox. Doing so will fill the latitude and longitude textbox based on the city get.

Available themes are dark and light. The app will detect automatically on first-time run/initial setup.
