Current honesty note: This repo may not contain working product code yet. Do not treat this as implemented functionality until commits, tests, deploy notes, and receipts prove it.

Branch policy:

• main = clean initialized canon branch
• blackroad-lab = experiment branch for BlackRoad work

Rules:

• Do not commit secrets.
• Do not commit generated runtime artifacts unless explicitly promoted.
• Add receipts for meaningful changes.
• Keep claims honest: MOCK, PARTIAL, UNKNOWN, or REAL.
