I reached out to customer service after being unable to update my RLC-520Av2 camera. After a runaround with them telling me "they've confirmed" that there is no newer firmware available for the camera, and me telling them I found a newer one on github, they finally provided a link to the newest firmware.
The links provided for the newest firmware send you to a discussion post which has 2306700, but technically for the RLC510A.
This firmware appears to be identical to it but actually says RLC-520A as it should.
