Moves Mana Barrier Controller to the Hebian To landblock, and removes unnecessary Landblock Keep Alive from the Bur Upper Catacomb. Adds missing Skeletal Falatacot Reliquaries to lower level rooms. Fills in missing spawns. Cleans up duplicate spawns in the Bur Upper Catacomb and in the first Saving Asheron dungeon. Adds heart and misshapen bone fragment to Infused Blood Golem. Also corrects armor level from the pcap.
Sets on death spawn of Freed Temple Exarch NPC to a specific location to resolve a bug where the NPC could spawn under the floor and be inaccessible. Corrects creature type to ghost and corrects armor level.
The Tormented Watcher in Crimson Scarab Corruption quest now spawns the portal on death directly instead of using a local signal. This resolves an issue where the he could be killed out of range of the signal. Replaces local signal with activate in Seed of Power quest, where killing the Hollow Servitor destroys a door.
