I just sat down near to them, and they didn’t move! Waited a bit, and a couple looked up at me, a couple got up and slowly sauntered away. I held out my hand to the ones who stayed, with my hand curled upwards like I’d let a dog sniff my hand, and they just kinda checked it out and really didn’t seem to care. I flipped my hand slowly and pet one of em’s head softly, then the other, and they didn’t care at all. I pet them more and they just looked around like “I am here yes”

The only time they showed any excitement was when I offered food to them, they came over to me and stared at me until I showed them they got all the food I had for them, then pivoted back to “don’t give a fuck about anything” mode.

I got to hang out with some capybaras and all of the rumors are extremely, extremely true. Only two of the four liked to be pet, and they LOVED it. They’re sooo chill and sweet. The other two would let ya softly pat their head if you approached slowly, but I didn’t wanna bother them too much. They did love to just come to you and sit. They’re the most accurately friend-shaped little (big) guys.

I wouldn’t hang out with young me; I couldn’t stand them. I’m glad they’re gone hahaha

I’ve noticed keyboard correction got WAYYY SHITTIER on the current version (not the new beta) when AI was turned on. Like, remarkably, impressively shittier. Turning it off made an extremely noticeable improvement.

I 100% thought that at first, but it’s way too long and has no cuts… AI models can’t do that quite yet.

You can without being logged in, but not old reddit. If you’re getting the “join the most alive place on the net” (lol) popup, ublock has optional anti-annoyance filters that fix it.

Hahaha oh you’d hope, but nope. I have a US friend whose kia, with a standard transmission, was broken into and started. They fucked the gears for a bit before realizing they had no idea how to drive standard and left it running, so he woke up to broken windows and no gas and a fucked up clutch. I’ve got another friend who has their newer, push-button Hyundai broken into. The button was very visible.

There’s nothing going through the heads of people who are breaking into these cars—they just see “KIA” or “HYUNDAI” and think “I CAN UZE USB TO TAKE CAR FOR JOY RIDE FAST EHEHEH”
