Eigentlich sind die Bauern auch 2-3 Tage vor den Mäharbeiten dazu verpflichtet den zuständigen Jäger zu informieren, welcher dann verantwortlich für die Kitze ist. Das Problem heutzutage ist aber, dass viele Bauern nicht mehr selber mähen, sondern Subunternehmer kommen lassen… und diese melden sich manchmal nur 12 stunden vorm schnitt, wenn überhaupt… Dann hat keiner mehr eine chance die Tiere zu retten -.- Die Wärmebild Drohnen funktionieren nur bei kühlen Temperaturen in den ganz frühen morgenstunden und auch das ist an richtig heißen Tagen nicht garantiert. In dem Revier in dem ich wohne (NRW) hilft die ganze Familie des Jägers und es werden noch Methoden der alten Schule angewandt. Das bedeutet es wird an dem Abend vor dem Schnitt mit 3-4 Personen pro Feld alle Wiesen mit gut trainierten Hunden und Parfum abgelaufen. Das führt dazu, dass wenn Mutti wiederkommt (Kitze werden alle 3-4 Stunden gefüttert(nicht mehr ganz sicher wegen der zeit aber es war ein sehr kurzes intervall)), die ganze Wiese nach Mensch/Hund also Gefahr riecht und Mutti die Kitze evakuiert. Und es hat den Vorteil, dass es auch anderen Tieren eine chance gibt rechtzeitig davon zu kommen. Seit ich das aktiv mitbekomme und auch helfe (~5-6 Jahre) hat es nur 1 Tier erwischt und das aufgrund des fehlenden Anrufs durch den Bauern -.-

ZL;NG: Bauern sollten Mäharbeiten ankündigen, tun’s aber nicht immer und Wärmebild Kameras sind nicht das nonplusultra.

I’m running proxmox and then in the containers either debian or alpine. Because one is reliable and the other is small. Then I’m running one on ubuntu because it’s having a amd graphics card and rocm is only optimized for ubuntu for this specific one.

You are right. I assumed they wouldn’t test a new DE in an LTS version, but they, in fact, do that.

I’ve got Sims4 from fitgirl and anadius up and running for a friend. I can’t speak for other titles, but for this is was as simple as starting it with lutris. Modding was a bit harder, but only because the prefix was more difficult to locate, once everything was in the right place it worked no issue.

You can realistically use whatever you want. But if you want a stable out of the box experience, choosing an OS that is in a beta testing phase of a new desktop environment, might lead to a less than optimal experience.

I am afraid that it actually can sell… botting already is happening in a lot of games to farm ressources and sell them for RL moneys. Right now this goes against most games ToS, but if this is a ‘legal’ way of doing things with less risk, it could be viable for some people…
