I am sorry for the troubles you are in, hang in there.
I would say you should start by looking at visa, visa requirements and decide on a path. Depending on where you are from you might speak Spanish / Portuguese. With that I’d say aim for Spain or Portugal. Try to find a university, work or path of education you could do. There might be a network for trans people in Spain or Portugal who are willing to help with relocation. It could also be possible to apply for asylum due to the danger of your home country.
If Spanish isn’t an option most if not any European country will be able to help you out in English. UK is an obvious choice but atm they have their own problems around trans rights so I would at most use them as a temporary shelter before moving to a different EU country like Germany or Norway. Ireland is potentially also very good, as a stepping stone.
There is the trans network in the Netherlands they might have some resources for you.

I appreciate your sacrifice o7

I wish you all the best on your way forward. It is crazy how many gatekeeper and blocks are on the way. I get it that you need to be sure, have sufficient time pass and all but this is a tad much.

Thanks, maybe I should steal your doctor :P she seems great. I will see if I can bully the clinic into just signing off the papers or if I can get evaluated elsewhere and then make them take over my existing treatment. My second citizenship has to be good for something.
The way to the clinic was kinda alright all in all 4 meetings and a telephone call over 2 months. But now the wait for the actual assessment is madness.

We can only dream, though I am super grateful and happy that there are some of us where it just works.

You go girl, I aspire to be on your level! Good luck thrifting let us know if you find something that takes your fancy :3
Ugh… Family is a headache but they do not get a free pass / golden ticket to be mean to you, you got this even if it means without some of them.

Damn girl that’s a lot… I wish you all the best!
If you don’t mind, what is the long footnote? Boiled down to a few key points, or in full I read either :) I’d wager a guess, bureaucracy, stupid hurdles and half baked laws?
Quick edit, is the footnote also why you use DIY or is it the only option for you?

I wonder, did Randy Lorde decline too or do they make her hologram attend?
Congraaaaaaaaaaaaats! I wish you all the best and if you don’t mind keep us up to date on your progress :)

So happy for you!

The Swedish system sure is a bitch and a half to manoeuvre as an immigrant. I have had quite my share of struggles with the availability of English information or English speaking personal. Which is baffling to me because whenever and where ever Swedes are really good in English. Local corner store, perfect English. A random person on the street excellent English. All the while the local commune doesn’t even adjust the English telephone robot to the summer schedule and hangs up or if you get through the line, you ask your question and are connected to the person in charge who does not speak English.
Despite that, don’t give up. I managed to get past the first hurdles and have my meeting with the local clinic soon in June. I just hope that it doesn’t stagnate thereafter… wish me luck :3

Hej, so i have just started the process in Sweden as well. If you want to have a detailed chat hit me up with a pm.
I will meet with the clinic in my town beginning of June. Short version was the curator at Vårdcentralen had to write the referral for me, as the clinic doesn’t accept the referrals from private psychologists which is where I went to. The curator was nice enough and did write a rather good referral. Which you also should double check then on 1177, I asked them to adjust two things that were lost in translation.
I understand the frustration because no person within the healthcare system Actually knows how the process works. It is frustrating because I have to tell them what I learned through googling without google. It is further made difficult because my Swedish isn’t the best either and I constantly find that people within the system do not speak English all that well.

It also is motivating for me who is still pre-HRT, as I struggle lots with my need to be passable. For me personally passing is a main fear I have and seeing someone pass THIS well is fantastic!

Very lovely dress it looks great on you. Would you elaborate on the difference in feel pre- and post-HRT? Does the fabric feel different or the feeling of wearing it?

Apparently it is called B-Sides according to Apple Music. Though it took me very long to see it and the ‘e’ is just not there.

Thank you as always :)

It is a nice outfit, though it may be a bit too short for a kids birthday. The more you move towards the later teens it gets more appropriate quickly.
I love the game, can’t recommend it enough tbh. I think it fits nicely between elder scrolls and gothic.
