I downloaded the app and put the min of 50 riyals in the wallet (which is double the min of the other companies) When booking the scooter the app said I need to use the new app I thought it was an update issue I downloaded the new app and then my old app stopped working I thought logically my credit would automatically transfer to the new app however that was not the case Tried talking with the customer service to no avail I got scammed
