I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by BadrGo. Unfortunately, problems with drivers happen almost every week, and customer support rarely follows up or provides any updates regarding complaints. There is also no direct customer service number available for urgent situations, which makes the experience even more frustrating.My latest experience was completely unacceptable. I booked a taxi to take my children to school, and the driver initially appeared to be only 2 minutes away. However, instead of approaching the pickup location, the driver moved farther away toward the airport area and ignored all my messages through the in-app chat.After making us wait for around 20 minutes, and after I informed the driver that I would not cancel the booking from my side, he eventually canceled the trip himself. As a result, my children were delayed to school again, and I had to book another taxi through Karwa.Based on the driver’s movement, it appeared he accepted another customer while my booking was still active. I also have screenshots and video recordings showing the driver’s location and the unanswered chat messages.This level of service is unacceptable for a transportation company. Loyal customers deserve reliable drivers, responsive customer support, and accountability when complaints are raised. Unless serious improvements are made, I cannot recommend this app to others.

It’s frustrating how rude the driver was! He kept accepting the ride while he was idk how many miles away from my location, each time I cancel he reaccepts it again, i was in hurry yet I waited more than 7 mns outside. The story doesn’t end here of course, the moment the car arrived, i didn’t even know it was the same driver, he started blaming me for not waiting 5 mints as if it’s too short and as if he arrived immediately! He kept yelling at me with a frustrated manner, telling it’s a mandatory to wait 5 mts before I cacenl, refuSed to stop me because I couldn’t deal any more with his rudeness and disrespect! If I want to cancel I cancel, if there’s someone who will be charged for cancellation it will be me! Why this driver went mad because of cancellation ??? It’s really weird while they are the ones who always asked to cancel the ride if they got another ride from other apps or if they have other customers and heading to different distant locations ! This is not the first incident with this company, I dealt with many drivers using different vehicles with different numbers and even different drivers! They accept rides that will take 4-6 mns to reach out to you, the map itself is something else. If you’re wondering about the bad reviews given to badergo here, please do believe them. The only + thing is their prices. But you will eventually find out that you will pay in another way 😵‍💫🗣️ I gave it a chance for one week and that’s it. You cannot even find a responsive immediate answer from the help service 🚩

Drivers cancel on you even though you’re already in the car, asking for cash payment when they specifically accepted a Wallet payment - literally had to get out of the car and order from Uber because Badrgo made so late to work. Had another occasion when drivers don’t even cancel on you they just drive away further and further because they want you to cancel - while at the same time they don’t answer your calls or texts. IF you manage to get a car (after waiting around 40minutes), congratulations, but the problems don’t stop there. One of the drivers almost made me crash in the highway because he was trying to take a phone call and was going to miss the exit. Almost made us crash into another car or the wall divider. He then apologized profusely. Don’t know why you would choose Badrgo at this point. Safety 0, comfort 0, reliability 0. Taxi F has also the same price range with better drivers and more reliable system.

This is by far the worst ride-sharing app I’ve ever used. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with drivers accepting rides, getting close, and then canceling last minute or just disappearing without responding. It’s beyond frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry or stuck somewhere with no other options.Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s good. In fact, it’s the opposite. This app is proof that low prices come with horrible service. The drivers are completely unreliable, and the app does nothing to fix the issue. Customer support is a joke. They never respond, and even when they do, they’re completely useless. There’s no accountability, no compensation, nothing.Now, to make things even worse for them, the other famous ride-sharing app has almost matched their prices. And guess what? That one is actually professional. Their drivers show up, they don’t cancel at the last second, and their support actually responds. So why would anyone keep using this garbage service?I’ve given this app too many chances, and every single time, it fails. I’m done with it, and I strongly recommend avoiding it unless you enjoy wasting time, getting stranded, and dealing with terrible service.
