A B O U T
The story is set within an ancient forest, where a displaced tribe seek shelter after the destruction of their village. You play as the main protagonist, struggling with guilt, pressure and belonging. You must gather kindling, watch over and dive deep into the cursed wilderness.
G A M E P L A Y
The game features simple mechanics - walking, gathering, talking to tribe members. This is a very short, 10-15 minute concept/prototype with unique, atmospheric elements, psychological horror based on the ancestral beliefs and folklore.
NO ELEMENTS OF THIS GAME ARE REAL, IT IS JUST A FICTION.

The game features mild gore, animal gore, mention of massacre and killing. Be warned.

great game! really liked the environment as it feels like a real forest. the sky also adds a lot of charm, especially the night one. its nice to see the different ways you added movement to the scene, makes it very alive.
I have been trying to make a forest scene myself and couldnt get it looking good, I will try to use yours as an inspiration (if you dont mind) and hopefully get a better result.
best of luck if you decide to expand on this idea it is very interesting!

I enjoyed the story telling and the design of the environment. Very creepy especially during the night. I also like that it leans more on shock value rather than the typical scare tactics. Another great game!

I was trying to convey that the event that happened, the aftermath of those events scarred everyone, some stayed strong, but some just lost their mind. Amazing atmosphere and nice graphics for sure. Really awesome especially the color grading. The story was also really top notch and quite well done even if done for a short experience. Was really well put together for sure. Overall, solid game! Made a video on it.
