But aside from all that, emotions don’t have to be productive. They aren’t productive or unproductive, they simply are. Emotions are largely involuntary reactions to our surroundings and circumstances, a lense that colors an individual’s world. They’re all valid, regardless of whether or not they’re productive, and pointing out that “anger is not productive” makes you part of the problem the post is describing.

So much straight up misinformation in this thread lmao. My credit score was in the 790s-810s up until this year. I’ve never missed a credit card payment, I’ve always paid it off in full every month, and I’ve paid off every loan I’ve ever taken out early. I’ve only started carrying a bit of a balance this year as we work on home renovation projects, and my credit score has started dropping because of it.
