Grim lore aside this was such a cool game! The art style is so unique with the wobbly effect and static noise I really love it! I also really liked the smooth animations of the doors + the whole silent eerie vibe makes this game so unsettling, which is perfect given the game's story.
Amazing job, Looking forward more games from you ❤️
This game was really well made the story alone had me hooked but when it starts to dive into self doubt and guilt i found it to be really intriguing and scary accurate all and all 8.5
This was pretty good. The whole subject of this game is wild but it's interesting. We're basically playing as someone who's trying to be the hero but when it comes to it they're having second thoughts. I could feel our characters emotions while playing this. In our mind, we're doing something good but we feel wrong for doing it. I really enjoyed this. I thought there was a second ending but the one ending is good enough. I enjoyed this. Keep up the good work.
Just got done playing and WOWOWOWOW!!I was not expecting that ending!1!!1! I'm excited for the future of Aloe-Digital and hope that i can play more of your games on my channel. GREAT WORK!!!!
extremely disquieting game in a really good way. not for the faint of heart. I imagine this will sit with me for a long time. play this if you're looking for something that breaks the usual patterns of comfort associated w games.
it also speaks to a growing feeling of resentment amongst the citizens of certain nations involving a specific high profile cover-up. a sense of utter powerlessness that some feel reluctant to accept, and I'm very glad that this game has the balls to say something about it.
Woah! This could easily be the intro to a full fledged game, very tense, loved the stylistic choices of the walls snapping on their vertexes and what not. I hope to see more from you!
This was absolutely incredible. I loved the art style, the unnerving atmosphere, and the story with its moral dilemmas. I will definitely be checking out future games! My playthrough is linked below, any support would mean a lot :)
I like the mechanics of the game. even though it's short, it delivers. I think the only thing that I have to point out is the door mechanics. like, you have all of the tutorials on movements but on the door, you haven't. I was clueless at first because there's no indicator on what to do next. and the theme of the game is point-and-click so it made me confused there for a sec.
Love the artwork and the way walls move, it is quite creepy and artistic. The whole experience was somewhat realistic and quite heavy, it managed to make me feel immersed quite well. Thank you for making this! 2nd game.
The atmosphere of the game is very well done. You will feel increasingly paranoid the more you venture into the house added by the MC indecisiveness. The writing aspect of taking another life was also handled pretty well and the protagonist does his job well in a horror setting, writing-wise.
Spoilers & opinions
There is one thing I would have liked however, which is a lot more storybuilding.
We know that the MC wants to kill the predator, the game establishes that. But why the protagonist specifically? Why does he feel such strong emotions and what drives him towards doing that?
It is also said that the police do absolutely nothing? It is apparent that the child lives inside the home, by the dialogue when interacting with the door upstairs and with the passport found in the kitchen.
I would have really liked to find out the context which allowed such a situation to exist. I find it questionable that the outside world is aware of such a predicament (especially the police), but does nothing to rescue the child.
Hello! I'm an Italian YouTuber. On my channel I play many videogames in English and translate them into my language while playing. If you are looking for an English-to-Italian translator for your game, please let me know!
I have already translated officially:
Games:
- Return from the tavern
Steam store pages:
- Blubbi
Also, let me know if you would like me to play your game on my channel.
I grabbed the door handle to go into the house but it just kept bouncing back and forth making a very loud banging sound.
Being a game developer myself, naturally I wanted to set myself a challenge to try and fix it myself by opening assembly_CSharp.dll in DNSpy, but that program has an annoying habit of recompiling code in ways that break it so, that was the end of that idea. I will however say that the feel of the game is exactly the kind I like, and the atmosphere, and although the door seemed to be broken, I still think it deserves 10/10 just for that alone.
I really loved this! The atmosphere was incredible and even though there weren't any jumpscares I was scared shitless every time I was opening a door. The subject matter was handled well, I look forward to seeing other games in this style.

Why are there so many videos in these comments? I guess it's good for reactions? Never seen so many in a row.
Very good scary style, intense graphical effects. Violent and mentally unstable theme, detailed game. Short story about murder and the morality of it.
