Dead Of Night Theater Episode 3

Dead Of Night Theater started in Milwaukee in 2008 and features horror host Makovan, a disembodied head in a mirror. Episode #3 from October 18, 2008 presented the movie House on Haunted Hill and had as one of their special guests Milwaukee television writer and historian Dick Golembiewski. He was also known as Dick Nitelinger when writing about horror hosts for his website Milwaukee TV Horror Hosts and Scary Monsters Magazine . Dick passed away March 29, 2009. Dr. Scar

Tuscon, Arizona horror host Dr. Scar had a couple of shows in the 1960s and 1970s. One was called Big 9 Chiller and the other was Science Fiction Theater . Besides horror hosting, Dita is known for her movie reviews, many of which appear on Count Gore De Vol's website in Dita's Den . Dita is also part of the Horror Host Radio Network on Cult Radio A-Go-Go/ , where she has a regular radio program. The show, brought together by The Bone Jangler, features many hosts hosting the movie The Giant Gila Monster and interacting with the film. Also included are skits and a music video, as well as an interview with the star, Don Sullivan. The show is a great way to see how different hosts from around the country tackle the same movie. The Fabian Gravewillow Show is a new horror host show that is in production and will be premiering soon. Here is the sysnopsis from their MySpace page: On a thunderous planet somewhere deep in the galaxy, Queen Promedia has been a ruler of her people for a VERY long time. Because of this, she doesn't have to do much of anything except see that the citizens are satisfied (get yer head outta the toilet!). After a transmission featuring their favorite horror film star, Fabian G Gravewillow, is blacked out due to cancellation by both the network and the star(he died-what a drag), it is up to the Queen and her servant Dufus to resurrect him on planet Earth and find him filming headquarters in Hollywood's hills. Unfortunately, they pick a house that belongs to a troupe of kiddie puppets who had a hit show of their own in the 1960's. Not so groovy. Creature Double Feature

Boston's channel WLVI had a beloved horror movie show in the 1970s called Creature Double Feature . It was revived in 2006 in a pair of specials, this time with an on screen host called The Ghoul, who was joined by Mr. Stump. The new version premiered on June 24, 2006 showing Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster and The Giant Gila Monster . A second episode aired on October 28, 2006 and featured the movies Horror Express and Night of the Living Dead . Another episode aired October 27, 2007, though without The Ghoul. Dr. Terror's Vault Of Horror

England's Dr. Terror started out as Dr. Walpurgis in a Halloween special on the BBC in 1992. It was successful and it became a regular series from 1993 - 1996. For the series, they changed his name to Dr. Terror and also changed the name of the show throughout it's run. First it was Vault Of Horror , then Dr. Terror's Vault Of Horror , and finally Dr. Terror Presents .
