Christmas Magic

Christmas is so fun with kids!

Last year we did Christmas at our house, since my in-laws were renovating and Jake's brothers went to their other inlaws.

But the house is done, so we got to break it in :)

The traditional Christmas photo on the stairs.  Yes, I made them sing before they came up.

Santa delivered with their hearts' desires this year.

(and Auntie Jen delivered with some sweet glasses for Kensington that she's been wishing she could have, to be like big sis).

Of course Grandma K delivered on the food side of things.  

And being the expert planner that she was, somehow even though she ended up going to Urgent Care for an ear infection on Christmas day, we still ate fancy via the Biltmore in the form of a hot fresh box.  What a hostess--feeding a crowd while sick!

Here is the aftermath...the boys stuffed to the brim with food.

Home is Where the Blondies Are

I'm still in shock that Maybelle randomly was playing on sissy's bed, and just laid back and fell asleep.  Like SHOCKED.  Then I moved her to the crib and it was successful.  Double shock!

I love that's her spot for movie night :)

Maybelle loves facetiming.  She always wants to see Schramma and Pawshaw.

Probably because it's one of the few times she gets to hold the phone and walk around.

She thinks she's hot stuff!

She's totally ready to potty train and asks to go, and actually will go in the toilet, but I'M NOT FULLY RECOVERED FROM POTTY TRAINING KENSINGTON.
