OTTAWA - Jessie Sansone and his family are reeling after he was arrested and strip searched by police after his four-year-old daughter drew a picture of a man with a gun in her Kitchener, Ont., kindergarten class.
The 26-year-old father of four said Saturday the sketch was supposed to be him, getting the bad guys and monsters.The school must have thought differently, as after Nevaeh drew it Wednesday, the school contacted Family and Children's Services and they called police.
Waterloo Police met Sansone at the school when he tried to pick up his kids he was told he was charged with possession of a firearm. He was then handcuffed and put him in one of the several squad cars waiting outside, he said."When I was finally able to see my family, after this ordeal was over, my little girl ran up and gave me a hug me and asked: 'Daddy, are you mad at me?'" said Sansone, his voice choked. "How could she ever think that I would be mad at her? She knows this has to do with her drawing."
Sansone, and his wife, Stephanie, have been together since they were teenagers. They have four children, aged 10 years to 15 months, and Stephanie is five-months pregnant with their fifth child.

This article is sure to generate a ton of emotion and that is a good thing. A “top ten” list of anything is going to be helpful to some, controversial to many and just plain flat out wrong to others. No matter what I put on the list or where I may rank it, someone is certain to tell me I’m right just as someone else is certain to tell me I’m wrong. (That’s what makes America great)!

So, here we go.

As far as I’m concerned, in order for a concealed carry gun to be effective it must meet certain criteria. A CCW gun must:
4. Be simple to use. Point and click, squeeze and bang. No levers, locks, bells or whistles. Nothing that makes you think beyond pulling a trigger. This is a gun. It should be simple and you should not have to worry about running a “system” when your life or the lives of your loved ones are on the line and immediate action is required.

3. Power. All guns are powerful. Don’t believe me? Stand in front of your little 22 LR and have someone pull the trigger. What? I didn’t think so. This is one area where I will challenge conventional wisdom. No one wants to get shot…by ANY gun of ANY caliber, especially criminals. Yes, you should always carry the largest and most powerful caliber that you can comfortably carry and shoot…if that happens to be a .22, good for you and BAD for whoever is on the receiving end!

2. Reliability. You can carry the coolest custom gun in the world but if your choice of handgun doesn’t go POW when your booger hook squeezes the bang switch or the shot goes wide left like a pee-wee football field goal attempt, it is worthless. Your gun MUST be reliable and by reliable I mean reliable right out of the box!

1. Comfort. This is another area where I will also challenge conventional wisdom. We’ve all heard the words that a gun isn’t meant to be comfortable, it is meant to be comforting. That is old school. Nowadays, it can be both. It is no longer necessary to lug around a 2 lb. hunk of steel with only 7 rounds. (Unless you want to)

Another TSA Outrage

As the Chalk Leader for my flight home from Afghanistan, I witnessed the following:

When we were on our way back from Afghanistan, we flew out of Baghram Air Field. We went through customs at BAF, full body scanners (no groping), had all of our bags searched, the whole nine yards.

Our first stop was Shannon, Ireland to refuel. After that, we had to stop at Indianapolis, Indiana to drop off about 100 folks from the Indiana National Guard. That’s where the stupid started.

First, everyone was forced to get off the plane–even though the plane wasn’t refueling again. All 330 people got off that plane, rather than let the 100 people from the ING get off. We were filed from the plane to a holding area. No vending machines, no means of escape. Only a male/female latrine.

It’s probably important to mention that we were ALL carrying weapons. Everyone was carrying an M4 Carbine (rifle) and some, like me, were also carrying an M9 pistol. Oh, and our gunners had M-240B machine guns. Of course, the weapons weren’t loaded. And we had been cleared of all ammo well before we even got to customs at Baghram, then AGAIN at customs.

The TSA personnel at the airport seriously considered making us unload all of the baggage from the SECURE cargo hold to have it reinspected. Keep in mind, this cargo had been unpacked, inspected piece by piece by U.S. Customs officials, resealed and had bomb-sniffing dogs give it a one-hour run through. After two hours of sitting in this holding area, the TSA decided not to reinspect our Cargo–just to inspect us again: Soldiers on the way home from war, who had already been inspected, reinspected and kept in a SECURE holding area for 2 hours. Ok, whatever. So we lined up to go through security AGAIN.

This is probably another good time to remind you all that all of us were carrying actual assault rifles, and some of us were also carrying pistols.

So we’re in line, going through one at a time. One of our Soldiers had his Gerber multi-tool. TSA confiscated it. Kind of ridiculous, but it gets better. A few minutes later, a guy empties his pockets and has a pair of nail clippers. Nail clippers. TSA informs the Soldier that they’re going to confiscate his nail clippers. The conversation went something like this:

TSA Guy: You can’t take those on the plane.

Soldier: What? I’ve had them since we left country.

TSA Guy: You’re not suppose to have them.

Soldier: Why?

TSA Guy: They can be used as a weapon.

Soldier: [touches butt stock of the rifle] But this actually is a weapon. And I’m allowed to take it on.

TSA Guy: Yeah but you can’t use it to take over the plane. You don’t have bullets.

Soldier: And I can take over the plane with nail clippers?

TSA Guy: [awkward silence]

Me: Dude, just give him your damn nail clippers so we can get the f**k out of here. I’ll buy you a new set.

Soldier: [hands nail clippers to TSA guy, makes it through security]

This might be a good time to remind everyone that approximately 233 people re-boarded that plane with assault rifles, pistols, and machine guns–but nothing that could have been used as a weapon.

Where does TSA get their applicants? Is there a test for determnining extra-stupid?
Do these people need to be told to get dressed before they leave their house?

HR45 WAS WRITTEN BY REBECCA PETERS: WHO THE HELL IS SHE?

Don’t know if you and your readers have seen this one yet.
I'm sure that you are aware, since you seem to spend so much time researching, but here goes:

This HR45 was written by Rebecca Peters. Probably written a couple years ago. The only point of the law is the name, thumb print and creating the database. It's exactly how she did it in Australia. It only took a couple years!

Rebecca Peters & Soros: Rebecca was a big part of the success in banning all guns in England. Soros was mightily impressed. He paid her way to Australia and funded her to get all guns banned in Australia. As stated from residents of Australia, "First they register everyone, then make it a felony to not report transfers or thefts, then they show up at your door with your gun list. What can you do? You turn them all over".

Mightily impressed with the speed and completeness of her work there, Soros relocated her to the U.S. and into a new position at the U.N.

About that time, he picked out Obama Saddam Husein Bin Laden, and funded his way into becoming our new president. It was accidentally leaked out back in late September that Peters had a prominent position in Obamaden's top group and that the entire gun ban protocol was already written. They even posted this on their website. Quickly removed of course. This was all before he (they) even won the election!

She has stated in public that the first and most important thing to do is to "register" everyone.

Also leaked out some months ago: "We need to create a centralized hard disk backup of all registration information, for safety and security of the data". Something like that. Of course, there is a specific law against that, but, who cares. "We are the law". So, with his new hand selected, all anti-gun, cabinet getting into place, they will implement the "centralized backup" and pass a law that every person and gun has to be registered.

They will also create a "national ID". This will help in creating the "central database" of their subjects. A basic requirement under socialism.

Then, (at the pace they are going it may be in the next month or two!), they will reinstate the "assault weapons ban". However, being that they are all lawyers and have the ban everything agenda, they'll change a few words in the final draft which will ban all semi-auto firearms and all 50cal or bigger. As each of these items come to public awareness, we can expect even more runs on guns. They also mean to register every ammo purchase as well. So, there will be further runs on ammo. These are just more steps to creating the database.

That's my little bit of info that has largely been escaping public reporting over the last year. I think the facts are accurate.... Send any corrections.I don't even peruse the gun chat sites like I used to. http://www.keepandbeararms.com/ when I'm bored.

I wonder how many "Waco" actions will start popping up over the next couple years?More happy thoughts. For every single item that they accomplish, pretty much none of them can or will be undone.
