So today we went to Auntie Lucinda's CC ranch house. It was fun to see her and the cousins. It was really windy so the boys played inside most of the time. They all liked to huddle together and play games and listen to music and dance around. It was a fun day. We ate some stew and visited and all took turns holding baby Millie. Thanks for the invite Auntie we had a good time!

New Bikes
So to help the boys adjust to new baby sister and to also help them burn some energy we bought them bikes. They love them! Monte and Marshall love to play cops and speeder with them and chase eachother all over the basketball court out front. It's pretty entertaining.

Millie Jane
So one week ago we had our baby girl! She is wonderful and perfect. She has two awesome big brothers who love her dearly. She was 7 lbs 6 oz and 19.5 inches long. She smiles already and sleeps well and is just the perfect addition to our family. What a blessing to have three healthy children.

Okay so I am going CRAZY!
So it's beyond official. I am going crazy. I am so ready to be done with being pregnant. I don't know how anybody can stand to go over their due date. I am a wimp. I will admit it. I don't like being pregnant at the end. The whole time is really not enjoyable but the end is pretty rough. You cannot sit comfortably, or eat (somehow I still managed to gain a pound over the last week though), sleeping is out I the question too. Trying to roll over in bed without feeling like your pelvis and all the ligaments that hold your hips together might break is no fun either. My kids have started setting up our daily games and playtime toys on the couch because they have caught on how uncomfortable it is for me to get down on the floor with them. I am tired of this miserable state. If anyone knows of anything to help speed up the process of child removal from the uterus I am all ears.
I have tried walking til my feet literally are swollen stumps, bouncing on an exercise ball, dancing, yoga, spicy food...the list of crazy things goes on and on and I am still very much pregnant. I am scared to try castor oil. But I did shop for it and didn't find any at the store. Bummer, but maybe it was a blessing from up above I have heard there are some undignifying side effects besides labor.
Today I went to the OBGYN and found out that despite my best efforts to dialate more I am still at a 3! I have been here for 3 weeks. I am ready for progress! He has me all setup for induction on Monday but 3 more days and 4 more nights of this seems like torture. Go ahead, say it, she is crazy. I know I am. And my poor husband I think is at the end of his rope on ideas of what to say to comfort me. He is a sweetheart though, I had a long day and he took me out to dinner and when we got home from that there were flowers and a box of chocolates on the counter.
I had a crazy day. It was so nice to come home to this and a smiling husband with a big hug for me.
My Day:
So today my septic system for some crazy reason backed up into my jacuzzi bathtub. I had a dr appointment in Silver and Monte has a sticker of some kind stuck in his hand and he had an appointment too today. So after getting ready in a stinky house and driving 65+ miles to Silver I got Marshall out of the car and he had wiped all the cheese off his burger on his shirt cause he didn't want it. So luckily we had enough time to grab him a new shirt before my appointment.
Then after trying to keep 2 boys quiet in the OBGYN, I had Monte's appointment next. Well I went to the office that the pediatrician was in the last time we had seen him and apparently he had a different office now on the other side of town, ah! Well when he saw Montes hand he sent us over to the orthopedic surgeons office for them to decide what to do with it.
They took X-rays and said that we need to wait and watch to make sure it doesn't interfere with is bone growth before it "hopefully" works it's way out. So hopefully it will work its way out and not in in the next few months. He has quite a bump on his palm where it is. But it's not too painful so that's a plus.
With having to sit in the car for 150+ miles and 3 doctor appointments I must say my boys did pretty good. I am so proud of them. They are good boys and even though they are not perfectly behaved and had their moments of "are you kidding me" today they did awesome.
So now we just need a baby to come join our party and give my hips, back ... whole body, and emotional and mental being some relief. Then I can actually start healing and progressing instead of hanging out in limbo land.

Most Handsome Boys!
I have the most handsome boys! They are so smart and sweet. It's so much fun to have two little boys. They wrestle, play cars, love to build things with Legos, and collect rocks. They play war and pretend to go hunting and fishing. It's so amazing to me how they come with a natural instinct to protect and provide and pamper their mama.
They make my life so much more meaningful. I can't imagine what I would do without them to keep me entertained.

Love Bugs & Plate Prints
So we are stuck inside with the cold weather. But we are trying to pass the time doing fun things between subjects with school. So we made some "love bugs" that's what the boys are calling them.
And then I thought it would be fun to let the boys put their hand prints on the wall since it's February. Every February we let them put a print to track their growth. So we did it on the wall and on some plates with hearts. I will blog the wall later cause I need Josh to help me lift them up to do footprints before it's done. Here are the plates we made.

Happy Valentines Day
So today we made slime and pillows. The kids had a good time. It took awhile for them to not gag with the slime but they eventually figured it out.
