Okay, since the last time I posted, Megan and Jared got a divorce and Megan and the kids moved in for a while with us.  That didn't last to long because she really needed her own space.  Hunter graduated from Weber High School and Katelyn is now out of Jr. High and will be starting her Jr. year at Weber High.  Hunter is serving in the Guatemala City North Mission and left January 25, 2012.  He is doing great!  Jen and Scott are working on starting a family.  Jeff works for Artistic Millwork and the both of us are still working on helping others with their health with personal training (Jeff) and Isagenix.  We love the company, the products and best of all, the results.

My dad was going to live with us and hasn't as of yet because of the fact that the man that was going to buy my dad's apartment building was just scamming him.  Very tragic for my father but the man has been put into prison and we all hope that he learns a lesson.  (I doubt it, but one can always hope)  I also hope dad learned a lesson as well.  It is good to be kind and helpful, but it is equally as important to protect yourself and listen to your children when they are just trying to help!

I also went to Germany with Katelyn in May 2011 for a month and that was great.  So much has happened and I will try and be better about posting.  However, does anyone ever read blogs anymore since facebook?  Leave me a thought and let me know.

Ready to serve the Lord!  Seriously, he bought an Indiana Jones hat, wipe and satchel when he first got there.  They whip is put away.
Our family picture before we left for Germany.
Coming home from the cabin this summer.  It was fun be we really missed Hunter.
Katelyn and her German partner, Nadine.  We miss her too!
Clint and Megan HATE this picture, but I didn't get a lot of them at the cabin.  Megan is now engaged to Clint and they are planning on getting married in 2013.  We love him!
So, I know my pictures are random and out of order, but oh well.   I will try and keep up on the blog from now on.

This is how I have been seeing myself lately. A fruit with life experience. However, I am not yet at the point of using a cane!

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost,
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

This is Remi and Charlie and they really are playing. Charlie looks like she is going for his neck, and check our her double canine teeth! She never lost her baby canines. Seriously, they are playing and this is the first night we had Remi here. Check out the difference in the size of their paws.
They play hard and rest hard. Remi is almost double that size now. He was smaller than Charlie when he first came to live with us.
More play pictures.....really......they are not mad or biting each other.
And then.......Remi sleeps hard. He loves all of us but is really attached to Jeff. As it should be........it is his dog.
We love him!

Okay, it has been an age since I have put anything on my blog, and this little guy is growing up so fast, I had to introduce you to Jeff's Christmas present. This is Remi and he is a Brittany Spaniel/Pointer mix. He is a keeper! He simply makes us laugh, and on the rare occasion question our decision to get another dog, but on the whole has been a really fun addition to the family.
Here he is chewing on a rawhide and it looks like a cigar! He walked around the house with it like this in his mouth. Charlie however, kept wanting to take it from him.
When we got him, he was about an inch shorter that Charlie, who only weighs 9 lbs. and 6 weeks later, he is about 2 inches taller and weighs in at 18 lbs.

I have been training the dogs together and Charlie is stubborn and so she is on a leash that is wrapped around my office chair. Well, Remi had been a really good boy so he didn't need to be on his leash. I went out to answer the door and came back to this. Charlie had pulled the chair as close to the door as she could and was setting on it. Remi had gone into the bathroom and gotten the spare roll of TP and was chewing it up. It was like Charlie didn't want to get into trouble and was saying, "It wasn't ME!"
I LOVE this picture of Katelyn and Remi but I tried to fix his eyes, but one of them would NOT work, but it is darling and I wanted to share.

Charlie and Remi often have tug of wars over some of the toys. They really do get along well and Charlie now has someone to play with. Charlie does get seriously bent out of shape if Remi wants her rawhides but it is simply no problem for her to take away his.

He used to fit on Jeffs lap much easier. He loves his master.

Part II Body Transformation

Okay, so today was the last day of the challenge and these are my "after" photos. Yes, I still have a way to go, but heck, I have come a long way to!
I know, this is a looker....But I had some major under arm flab.
Now, still have some, but it is going away........and my arms are getting more muscular

Okay, I am not ready for spandex as of yet unless it is being covered up by a large t-shirt.

Proof that the final picture was taken on June 15, 2010. This is another monumental day as it is my oldest daughters birthday as well. 27 years ago today, I had the first of the best four gifts that any mother could ever ask for. I love you Megan, Jen, Hunter and Katelyn.

I will keep you all posted on additional changes. Thank you everyone for your support. Just a side note, I have lost a total of 45.25 inches, 23.5 lbs, my BMI is down 4.9% and my FAT % is down 9.1. (Total lbs. lost on Isagenix is 35.5 lbs!)

I am getting there and this time, I am doing it SMART!
