Meg and a Map

While waiting for Natalie to pick up a few things at the gift store, Meg decided to get her pencil out and start working on her Map. This kid loves maps. Actually both my girls love maps. She kept asking what each place was called and where we were on the map. I just love this girl!

A visit from Natalie

My sister came to visit us. It was so nice to spend time with her, even though it was short. I will take anything I can get. I love and miss her! It was so fun to just enjoy the time we had together. We went to the air and space museum!
We went to a spain cooking class!
We went to the american history museum!

New Years eve at the local Ski Lodge

Taryn won musical chairs so she won a blow up guitar!

Our friends the Nielson's invited us to Liberty Mountain for their kid friendly totally free new years eve party. We had fun, left to almost make it home by midnight, 20 mins shy!

Celebrate at Home!

Look who turned 3!

We had a minnie mouse boutique Party! I decided, no more just girl parties. Taryn has had just girl parties for the last three years. So we had a few girls and a few boys. We played games, we had a small bounce house in the basement and we had Daddy to document it all by film!!! My dear friend Rachael stayed while all the other mommies took a small break and drop their child off (which is how I love parties, you can be more silly with the kids if your peers are not watching)
All in all, we had a blast! and now we have a three year old in the house! Go MEG!

Temple Lights

This year we went the temple lights. We saw a big band play. The girls didn't enjoy it to much, but us parents did!

Update!!!! National Christmas Tree and visit with Santa

We made it to the national tree before christmas. Do you know what this means? Santa was at his workshop. It was so fun to visit with friends and see the new small national tree.
