C goes to 1st grade
C started her 1st grade year this year. She's growing up up so quickly. She loves school, her teacher, her class, and loves reading most of all. She's proud to be a book worm.
Welcome baby J!
We are so happy to welcome baby J into our family. He was born a few weeks ago and is healthy, sweet, and doing very well. Mom is also well and makes it look so very easy. We certainly have our hands full, but it's a tremendous blessing for our family.
It was also fun to have cousin J in town for J's birth also.
Meeting one of his wonderful great-grandmothers who came to also help. What a blessing to have her here with her 4 great-grandchildren.
Here are some week 1 pictures of the big guy:

Amazing Yia-Yia took care of A and J for a week. She also painted our home, cooked, and cleaned. She means business and we're so grateful for her sacrifices. What an amazing gift. She also got plenty of snuggle time with J.
Grandma S was able to be there for J's birth. It was great to have her here also.
Great-Aunt D was tremendous as well.

Some serious catching up to do...
You know, I have no idea why we have not added anything to our blog in MONTHS, but here is a feeble attempt to catch up in some sort of way. That being said, I have no idea what we were doing in these first few pictures...some sort of finger painting gone crazy, or done Bergman-style. It doesn't take long for these kiddos to take an activity the average child would enjoy peacefully and ramp it up! Just today a friend used the word 'brave' to describe these crazy kooks! I love them all the more for it! From what I recall, within the minute of these pics being taken, they all had finger pain all over their faces and up their arms- I must have felt to frantic to take a pic of the later art!
I have no idea why Miss M and I had some quality alone time, but we went to take some fun pics around town. This is one of my favorites!
Miss C and her first baby tooth gone! She was more than proud!
Easter hunt at home
Easter hunt at a church activity
Bishop B and one of his counselors in a healthy competition at the Easter activity. There was quite a bit of panting post-race and big smiles on many faces watching ;)
Pics of the cute Bergmans in their Easter outfits- seriously the cutest kids ever!
Hopefully this week I'll catch up the months between April and July!
