IN OUR TIME

the IN OUR TIME comp. 12" was released by the CrimethINC. people. it's a 12" running on 45 rpm and has 8 songs from 7 bands namely CONGRESS, TIMEBOMB, SYSTRAL, FINAL EXIT, DAMAD, JESUIT and GEHENNA. while I know that the CONGRESS and SYSTRAL songs were taken from earlier releases of both bands I've no clue if the TIMEBOMB, FINAL EXIT, DAMAD and JESUIT tracks appeared on previous releases of those bands too. the GEHENNA stuff is a raw and gritty live-cut that sounds as bitter and grim as possible by any means. the comp. was released in 2 different colors - grey marbled and purple marbled and both versions came without labels as you can see on the pics. along with the comp. came 2 booklets of which I just included the lyric booklet! click on the cover to d/l!

I haven´t forgotten that you asked me for this one ages ago! so if you didn´t find this one somewhere else in the meantime I hope you enjoy it more then me as in my ears this 7" is boring! I´m sorry to say that as their bassplayer Dirk (the guy who runs the worldfamous Kuschelrock Studios) is a very nice person (and runs one of the best studios to record if you play HARDCORE) but after their 10" this split 7" was a disapointment as far as SYSTRAL are concerned! ACHEBORN bored me already on their own 7" so I expected nothing from them and couldn´t be let down therefore!

MÖRSER and the soundtrack for a comicbook! a cd with 4 tracks of grind you´d expect from MÖRSER that came with a comic that was called SCUM [if I got the time I´ll upload the comic]

THE KRAUTS VS....

this split 7" has 2 tracks from germoney`s MÖRSER and 3 tracks from canada`s THE SWARM a.k.a. KNEE DEEP IN THE DEAD. the people that played in THE SWARM went on to bands like RUINATION, HAYMAKER, etc. to continue what they started there! if you know those bands you can guess what THE SWARM sound like! MÖRSER started as a sideproject of members of ACME and SYSTRAL but had 4 singers and 2 bassplayers! their newer stuff is more boring deathmetal than grindcore but this was their 2nd release that came out not to long after their 1st 12" two hours to doom and way back then MÖRSER kicked ass!
