I am not sure which picture will post first cause I am posting from my phone, but I'll tell you about both.

Yesterday I had the luxury of taking a 2 hour nap (my husband is awesome). When I woke up the boys were out front working on the spot underneath one of our trees. I volunteered to go get some flowers and the picture is the end result. Russell has become quite the yard man.


Last week Riley decided he had a new favorite place to sit. I think he sat in his new favorite place for most of that day. He would get a blanket and call it his tent sometimes but most of the time he just sat there. It was pretty funny.

I had a video of Riley singing that I wanted to post but couldn't from my phone so I will see what I can do tomorrow.

Baby girl is scheduled to arrive next Monday. Should things go as scheduled I get a week at home with my big boy before he becomes a big brother. I am looking forward to a fun and special week.

Maybe I will even have some more time to blog...maybe

Riley had pictures today at school and I told him to practice his smile for me. I just love this kid!!!

Valentine's Sweets

Yesterday Riley and I made treats for his teachers at school and his class. He helped by unwrapping all the rolos. In case you were wondering there are exactly 57 rolos in a bag and Riley unwrapped them all. He was very meticulous about his job. We also dipped marshmallows into chocolate and sprinkles but I failed to document that.

Riley's Shelf

We organized the garage yesterday so I finally had room to paint Riley's toy shelf. It was the final piece to make it into his room and it looks great! I am so happy with it.

Just testing out the blogger app from my phone. Thinking I might give it a go again. Atleast have some of my child's life documented. : )

He got an artist set from his Grammy and grandy for Christmas as since we were about to move I told him we would open it at the new house. So this past Friday I finally got it put together. Ignore the boxes in the back ground that part of the move is still in progress.
