Kathryn's Graduation, in 3 parts!!

Our Angelic Graduate!!!

The Team!!

We did it!!

The second wave rolled in this weekend and it was wonderful!!! Kathryn graduated from High School on Saturday with a ceremony that took place at church. It was a good marker to a big mile stone in her life (and mine, I feel like I graduated, too!) There are three "blogs" of pictures because I couldn't get them all to load on one. So keep going for two more posts!! A big thanks to my Kitchen Hero, Philip who relieved me of my kitchen duties at the reception and took the challenge on and did an excellent job! I was able to relax and enjoy! Thank you Philip!!! Just one more big event for a while, the openhouse next weekend. Lots of prep this week. Hope to see you there!!!!

Kathryn's Grad Part 2

During the Ceremony, Dave telling Kathryn how proud of her we are!!

Talking about how she taught the boys to pretend!

We love you!!

More Grad PIcs, read on. . .

At the openhouse in the Aviation Technology Building. Sitting in a 737.

Yay! The Graduate!!!

Two happy ladies!

By the Fountain, we either had eyes closed or a tassle in them!!

"I am 16 going on 17. . . . "

Don't stop here, below are more photos and info, I just don't know how to get Blogger to let me put more pics in one post!!

Round One!! YEAH!!!

Going into the ceremony, photo by Abby!
Closing up shop at Lafayette Aviation!!

Open House at the Airport! Awesome!

The four of us at the airport celebration before the graduation ceremony.

Awww, aren't they cute!

What an exciting weekend!!! We attended Ross' graduation from Purdue!! It was more emotional and special than I had imagined it would be! I can't believe it! He has graduated from College!!! (Not that I ever doubted he would, it just seemed to zip by so fast!!) Abby came with us to the ceremony! It was wonderful! And amazingly quick for so many graduates!! Yay Ross!!!! We are SOOOOOOOOOO Proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My niece also graduated in Mississippi this weekend on Saturday. We couldn't be in two places at once, but YAY LAUREN! We are excited for you tooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mothers Day was awesome! EVERYONE was here! Philip, Ross and Abby, Kathryn and of course Dave! We all fit in the van and went to church together!! Wow. I couldn't be a happier or more content person!! I did, however, want to turn the van south on Sunday and steal everyone away for a trip to Disney. It was tempting.. . But Philip had to be back to work Monday at 6:30 a.m. and I didn't think we could pull that off!!!!

We are preparing for round two, Kathryn's graduation ceremony on Saturday. Then many open house celebrations to visit! Then her open house the next weekend!! The graduation pics of Ross are a combo of Abby and I, and I don't remember whose is whose!! SO just enjoy!!

Tsunami Warning!!

The tsunami is coming to our house this weekend!! We are moving the boys home from Purdue!! Itis both exciting and overwhelming at the same time! Things continue to change here! I am still pondering where we will fit in a complete house worth of furniture etc from West Lafayette! At some point, it may be moving into another place when Ross settles, but until then~~~

The second wave of the tsunami is the next several weeks with graduations (Congrats to Lauren H., Ross and Kathryn) and then the openhouse for Kathryn's High School Graduation and all that those things entail!! So exciting! I know the Lord will give enough grace to cover the lack of time to get everything done!!

Know the month of May is busy for EVERYONE! It is like the end of the year for almost every activity and the kick off to the wedding season!! Should be fun!! Enjoy the waves!!!
