A newly discovered dinosaur?

Kaymi and Stephen were playing with Stephen's toy dinosaur (it's a Tyrannosaurus Rex, by the way)the other day when I overheard Kaymi tell Stephen what the dinosaur's name was. Just to make sure I had heard her correctly, I asked her to tell me what his name was. Sure enough, she repeated, "He's dinosaurus rex, Mom!" Out of the mouth of babes.... :) I love being a Mom! There's never a dull moment!

Merry Christmas! (a little late)

Okay, so this is only posted a month late. What can I say? At least I'm getting someting posted now. That's how I look at it. We had a wonderful Christmas with Andy's family. We did our stockings from Santa here at home and then went out to Grandma's and Grandpa's house for the rest of the day. The highlight gift for Kaymi came from Santa. She had wanted a sword, so that's what he brought her. I tell you, she loves that thing. Most little girls her age sleep with dolls or stuffed animals, but not Kaymi! She sleeps with her sword! I just love her little personality. Stephen just loved opening the presents. He's old enough to like what's inside as well, but I really think that overall the best thing for him was just getting to open his (and everyone else's) gifts.
