We went camping at the Knik and had an awesome time!

It was Piper's first camping trip, and he did great!

Well, needless to say, it's been a while! A lot has changed.

We are now a family of three- and WE LOVE IT.

Piper Grayson Rafeedie came into the world on February 24th 2012 at 7:00 a.m.

We love him more than we ever imagined!

I can't believe it...

Baby R will make its debut on February 19th 2012... we can't wait.

We feel so blessed that God has given us such a priceless gift.

We pray for our little nugget every night, and Devin kisses my belly every morning. 

I could get used to this... : )

Christmas Cards

My friend Sarah took some much needed pictures of Devin and I this past weekend. For some reason we never end up in pictures together! I just need to get better at handing over my camera and asking someone to take a picture of the two of us.
Well here are some I really liked:

Christmas is quickly approaching, and I haven't even picked out our cards this year! I have always loved Shutterfly's selection. 
We ordered our cards from them last year, and they were fab.
The pictures were clear, and looked as vibrant in person as they they had on my computer. 
I ordered a flat, card stock card, that had 3 photos on it with a matted finish, and they looked very professional. 
I really enjoyed how they turned out! 
Our family and friends loved them!
I am sure that I will use Shutterfly for future events, like birth announcements (not anytime soon!) and party invitations.

Decisions, decisions... 

Arizona Trip

Devin and I had the opportunity to fly back home for a week, and perfect timing I would say!

Janan, Devin's sister, had her second baby boy! 

Christian Taylor Palmer was born on November 12th! 

He looks JUST like Rylan!

We had a great time visiting with family, and a few friends.

We love it there.

Especially when it's 22 degrees here, and 75 there.

We wore shorts/t-shirts, and enjoyed some quality vitamin D.

As much as we love it there, we always look forward to coming home (to AK).

Why is it that we always feel like we need a vacation from our vacation?

I also had the chance to do a photo shoot of my sister and her family!My niece and nephews are all SO photogenic. 
It's pretty ridiculous.

We were there for about 8 days. 

Devin got to go hunting a few times, and go to Nascar, while I went shopping with my mom for two whole days. 

Boy do I miss our malls in Arizona! 

We shopped until we literally dropped. 

It was so much fun! (to say the least!)

We already miss everyone! Can't wait until next time! 

Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year! 

Devin and I threw a Halloween party on Friday night! 

Our friends came in costume. 

They all looked so great! 

We also went to Trunk-or-Treat at our church on Saturday night!

Devin had a bit of a costume change, while I kept mine the same from the night before.

We passed out candy from our trunk!
