FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!! FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!

Well, the day finally came. The last day of summer break.  I was good with that :) The kids were also- so that is a bonus!  They had all met their teachers, found their rooms, sat in their soon to be desks, and were ready and rearin' to go!

We celebrated our last day with their lunch of choice.

Well but of course- WENDY'S!

Dad decided they needed a special night out too, so Texas Roadhouse was dinner time!

And Finley- mommy school. But she had to get a pose in too of course!

We walked them behind the school to their designated line up places, and away we went! 

Sawyer was the most nervous- and I hate leaving those little used to be kindygartners with their new class of full day schoolers. But, she did awesome!

Finley and I headed over to the gym, rushed home, and headed over to The Dino Museum to meet up with Ivy for $2 Tuesday!

Too bad for us, all the other school districts that didn't have school also went to $2 Tuesday.

 Trying to figure out how all the gadgets work....she was all over the place. It was fun to just be there with her. The other kids have been there alot- she has never been. And she thought it was the coolest!

 Well, after a successful first day of school, the kids hunkered down all pooped out from their exhausting day. This was taken at like 7...they were donezo!

 This day, Max and I embarked on a bike ride to Mana's for sunday dinner. We were a bit late, but it was really fun. I love this boy. I hope we can always be as close as we are. That we can be friends. He is the best.  The sweetest. He tries his very best to be good and has a heart of gold.  He bowed out on the way home so it was just Finley and I. I had to HAUL because it was getting dark. I freaking FLEW home. It was nuts! 

 Photo sesh with my lovey girl. I just can't get enough of her. And I've never said it before, but I really don't want her to grow up. It hurts my heart a little bit thinking she is our last 2 year old. This is the greatest stage! She is in love with all of us, talks cuter than all get out, she is my BFF and has all ofus wrapped around her fingers!!!!

I also got brave and had Summer cut off her mullet. It had to be done. As much as I love her piggy tails, she was always taking them out and the back was just way to much of a party!

Karri was babysitting and she was trying to get Dash to play barbies with her! 

Brent and I took Max out on a date to IHOP - but of course- it's his favorite and we -ahem- don't love it.

 I once tried to climb a rope at the gym- and I did it!!!!! SOOO proud of myself- but one thing I learned- don't do it without socks or pants on to cover your shins! I had thee worst owie for months!!!!! Rope burn at it's finest! Not Worth It!

 I may have already posted this, but I'm not sure. I love their little friendship. Pierce is always so concerned about Finwee and wanting her to be safe and happy. I mad them a fort to watch a movie in one day and after they got all tucked in I heard Pierce ask her if she could see! Then he got her a pillow and made sure she could reach the popcorn! They are the sweetest!

We got a new tramp!!!!!!

The one we got from mom and dad was on it's last leg. Springs were falling off everywhere and the mat was just falling apart. KMart decided to go out of business, so Mana got us one for really cheap- one with a net and everything! The kids were beyond excited! Summer and I were beyond over it after we finished setting it up. Labor of love people. Labor of love. 

 One of the best inventions of our day- mini shopping carts. Look at Sawyer being all 17 and stuff....

 oh undie bummies!!!! Finley decided it was time to go on the potty, so I did something I haven't done before=sticker chart and treats!And she got to pick out some new unders! It worked great for her!!!! She got it straight away and didn't have any accidents forever!!!!

Rezzin in the S.F./Last Summer's Days/Girls Night

Like I mentioned in the last post- rezzin is fun.

This day, we ventured south to another rez in Spanish Fork to meet up with Jessica and Ivy who are southerners :) Lindy came with us too!!!!

Kyli headed home that night after our fun weekend together, and Chris- her new beau- joined us for dinner at Red Robin in Layton.

 He's awesome.  We're happy for them. My kids may have scared him away from the family with their crazy over the top selves, but what do you do!

I despise how quickly summer comes and goes.

This one was especially fast and I can't really figure out why!

Babysitting 3 kids every Thursday was fun for our whole family.

This was our last Thursday before school started.

Girls night with my beautiful girls!

Every once in a while, we decide to do a ladies night with just our girls.  Sabra planned this one, and it turned out great! We started the night off with some dinner at Texas Roadhouse. We gave the little ladies their own table- wow- watch out teen years!!!!!!!

 Post dinner we headed to Sabra's house and gave them pedicures

 And some to ourselves as well

 The girls made a music video with Heather and we ate muchas treats.

I slept over with my girls and Brynn joined us. Samantha's daughter slept over too. They were so cute. They were crazy and loud and laughing their hineys off and we finally got mad and I almost went home at 1 in the morning, but what do you do! These are the things memories are made of!

they all started down here in this room in the basement, but eventually all made their way up to Talitaha's room to stay. (at 1 in the morning.....)

 Sabra was the hostess with the mostess and made us a delish breakfast before we headed off to Conli's soccer game! It was such a fun night. Quick, but fun. I'm grateful I have friends and cute daughters to do this with. I love the memories we make!
