To Whom it May Concern,

This blog is on temporary leave until 1/1/09, at which time I will begin anew. If my lack of posting leaves you with a lapse of something to do, amuse yourself with this.

Regretfully Yours,

Soakin' up the Rays

Almost Over!

Last day of diving for certification!!!!
(Arianne was a bit anxious about the pending
take your mask off and breathe under water test)

Eh, are you for Scuba?

I will say, one of the coolest things to witness is being at the
bottom of the ocean during a storm. The rain on the water is
AMAZING - as is the aquatic life :)

NOt So Perfect Couples

Our friends acted like a married couple to get us a discount...
it turned into a long joke which resulted in them participating
in a "perfect couples competition"- they also dragged Michelle
and Brian into it. SO FUNNY to watch.

Mouth of the River

Chichen Itza- Main temple

1...2...3...

Probably the most fun I had in Mexico- it took the bus
almost leaving to get me to stop... we were the only girls to
jump from the very top, aw, yeah!

ARrrrgh

Isla Mujeres

Paradiso

Beach/hotel pool

Nothin' Better

View of the Washington Monument, clear night and some golf balls

Finally...

Documentation of Foreign Film Night (FFN). This was a screen on the green/goodbye
old house extravaganza- Danny Deckchair and a barbie

moving eve

Aubree wanted to make stepping stones, Arianne and I tried to comply.
Didn't work out so well :)

No one wanted their waters, so... I took them all!

Catch-up... ish #1

I like playing jokes on people... i'm a bit mischevious.
So, for the last 2 days whenever my boss has been out
of his office I've taken his pens. When he realized... it was great :)

I'm a very visual person. I doodle in my scriptures, I think it helps
me internalize the message. Well we had a lesson on Alma 32 today, it was
fantastic. Someone brought up one point I'd never thought of:
The Lord has to make us humble and submissive, in a sense crack our outer
shell, before we can begin to grow... much like the seed of faith!
(so yes, I promptly added this to my page)
