The day before Father's Day, Che decided to redo the deck and he did and it looks fabulous. I just thought I would document him being a DIY dad. He is very handy and there isn't a project he can't manage. Take that Ryan Gosling.

My First Birth Story

This is my first birth story and I really enjoyed it. The couple was wonderful and the baby was healthy! A success. If you're interested in doing a birth story give me a shout!

The Street Where I live.

I live on Division Street in Chicago and I love it. I love the street fairs, young life and delicious restaurants. For example, we went out and enjoyed the Do Division street fair and we just had to step out our front door and walk about five minutes west and we were immersed in a sea of hipster stink, loud music and bouncy castles. I love the convenience of the city, but definitely not the limited space. Although, I am okay with the lack of space to enjoy the convenience and the cachet of saying I live in the city. For now I basque in it's neon glow.

Cousins

My youngest son met his cousin for the first time back in May and we decided to have a little photo shoot. My niece is adorable and her eyes are just stunning. I loved meeting her and spending time with my family. Oh cuz.
