We have moved into our new home! Here are ten things that we just love about it!
1-The beach is 5 minutes away!I can almost smell it :0)
2-We have a backyard for the kids and to have our parties!
3-We live across the street from a park! The kids can play outside and they have a lot of friends their age. Plenty of room for running and playing for the whole family if you know what I mean...game is on Dave!
4-We can be ourselves and we don't have to worry about bugging other people, I can speak loud again! (what? I am Italian remember?):0) We also have a LDS member as our next door neighbor, he is in the military and she is a Latin girl! I could not be happier to speak Spanish again and have some Latin people in our ward, I know we will be great friends!
5-Our ward is great! A lot of stay at home moms!
6-We have Direct TV, Spanish channels for me and BYU games for David!
7-We have a lot more room for our family and friends! Isaac has his own room and his sleep has changed drastically for the better!
8-School is less than 3 minutes away, I can use my stroller on every street and walk everywhere!
9-We live in a quieter and safer neighborhood, no traffic or street noises and we do appreciate the security guard that you can see all day and night on our streets!
10-Last but not least...I can shop for new furniture and decorate everything again!

The most desired place for the girls, they just love running outside and enjoying their toy room in the back...
The coolest thing is that our garage is in the back of the lot, not taking up room from the house, and we have two different street entrances for our house.
