Happy Birthday Robert!

Robert turned 23 yesterday..so now baby Shad can officially come anytime..I didn't want to be older then Robert when we had our first baby so I'm glad little Shad likes me enough to listen :) Anyways we had a litle party for Robert over at his Dad's house. We cooked Steaks and watched family videos from when Robert was little! He really was such a dang cute kid...and here's the proof!
I love looking at pictures of Robert when he was little because it makes me soo excited for Shad! I hope he's just like him! :) Here's a few pictures from his Birthday party!

Love you Robert! Hope your birthday was great!!

Can he please just get here already :)

I do not understand how my stomach can possible grow anymore...i feel so out of proportion...i hit it on everything on accident..robert says i need to be careful becasue it'll probably pop open one of these times its so tight in there! and you know what..i'd be ok with that! 40 weeks is too long to be pregnant!!! :) 6 more weeks to go....its embarrasing cause i'm huge and everybody comments at the store and places i go that it looks like i'll be having this baby any day now...i just smile and say yes...no need to let them know they just called me fat because i still have a month and a half to go!!! But we are super excited for him to be here!!!

Who wouldn't love this face...

Robert's Dad had this old old tractor down by his shop! Well for some reason Robert's really been wanting a tractor lately (for what..i don't know???) so his dad told him if he fixed it he could have it! Yesterday Robert got it started and drove it around forever last night with this little kid smile on the whole time! It made me laugh so hard! I don't think I've ever seen him so happy with himself! He loves his tractor...as if you couldn't tell from the smile! I just love this boy...But really who couldn't love that face :)

and my update for August...

Well for starters I had another doctors Appt and Shad keeps growing and like always they tell me he is such a wiggly baby...as if i don't know! ALL HE DOES IS WIGGLE ALL DAY LONG!!! Church could be a nightmare with him if he keeps this up when he's like one :) But he is Robert's son so it does make sense! Robert can't hold still and he's 22 haha :) (Which reminds me i just added the cutest song by Brad Paisley-Anything like me- listen to it! i think its such a cute song!) Anyways we've got 11 weeks till this baby is outta me! He keeps measuring big though-the latest due date from my ultra sound is November 2nd but my doctor said we still have to stick with the november 10th due date and that he'll probably just be a big baby...which is good for me kinda...i want a reason for gaining so much dang weight....but i do not want to give birth to a big boy!! But i think this picture of him from the ultrasound is so cute you can see his little face! he looks so sweet :) he weighted a whopping 2 pounds 10 oz as of august 4th and i weighed a WHOLE lot more then that!!!

On August 2nd we closed on our house and started moving in! Its a 4 bedroom 2 bath house on 2 acres so robert has lots of room for his horses! we love it!! the yard is completely fenced in with a sandbox and swingset already set up and even a tree house! so it'll be lots of fun when shad gets old enough for all that...but until then we have lots and lots and i mean lots of neices and nephews that love to play in it! we tried that our this past week! Robert's sister Jess had her baby and all of roberts family came to see it! Well we offered our house for a sleepover... there was Roberts oldest sister Shanae and her 4 kids, Annette and her 3 kids, Rashel and her daughter Madilyn, Savanna and her daughter Samara, Stephanie, and Roberts Mom Moana and her 4 younger kids! Talk about Insanity but we did have lots of fun too! Luckily the kids love the clubhouse (that what they call the tree house) and spent most of there time up there! its actually a pretty cool treehouse with windows and a deck and everything!

Brad, Jess, and Baby Aiden Jack Most of the sleepover crew!

My Family Came to Visit!!!!!

Kylee and Rustin came to stay with me for the week! and Then my parents came on Thursday and stayed till Monday! We had so much fun! It was probably the best week of my whole summer :) Pictures of a few of the fun things we did all week....
Rafting the Green River up by the Flaming Gorge Dam-The Water is freezing Cold and even playing the pregnant card didn't keep me from getting thrown in! Mom, Kylee, Logan, Nathan, Rustin, Dad, Savanna and Samara, Me and Robert
Me and Kylee at the Flaming Gorge Dam-We did the tour and had a guide with the most annoying voice ever! I think we laughed through the whole thing!

The Dinosaur museum-Rustin reallly wanted to get the full experience of Vernal so we did the Dinosaur Museaum since Vernal is Utah's Dinosaur land! It was actually way cool!

One Night we took Robert's Dad's Rhino's out for a drive-ended up at Moonshine Arch!

Priceless faces! I Think this is what Kylee's face looked like the whole time-getting to moonshine arch requires alot of rock climbing!

And Me and Robert! I Love Him!!! :)

its a.......and some other adventures from the summer!

First of all... We found out its a.....BOY!!! I'm so excited! I know your just supposed to want a healthy baby and all that suff...but i really wanted a boy :) and as Robert says...well of course you'd get what you want, that's just the way this world works for you! haha love my husband :) So now its really hard to just not buy boy stuff whenever i go to the store but i've been really good about it!
Second news-we got an offer accepted on a house so now we're just waiting for the appraisal to come back and then for those people to move the heck out so we can move in :) me and robert are sooo not patient when it comes to these things but the closing date is july 2nd so hopefully it just all goes well!! Its on 2 acres already set up for our horses-its a modular house but it has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a very cute back porch addred on and a great backyard with a sandbox, swingset, and tree house already set up :)
So besides all that we also took a road trip last weekend with Robert's parents and his little brother. We went to Jackson Hole Wyoming (its so awesome there) and then on to Yellowstone where we saw a grizzly bear right on the road, lots of buffalo, elk, deer, and even a wolf! We also saw lots and lots of big waterfalls and then of course old faithful!
The week before that was Robert's sister Rashel's wedding reception. It was out in Salt lake on my birthday so robert took me shopping for maternity clothes and didn't complain one little bit and then out to eat before we went over to the reception! she had a pretty backyard reception with amazing homemade ice cream-i'll blame it on the baby but i totally ate 4 bowls of it!

And i think that pretty much covers all the events of the last couple weeks! I love summer! We just hauled our camper up to the mountain so at nights we can go stay up there! I love being 15 minutes away from good camping spots and then still getting to come home for a good shower :) my kind of camping! :)

4 months later....

I've decided blogging is not my thing-it takes so so so very long for pictures to upload and thats pretty much my only excuse! but here's an update since febuary

1st and most important: i'm pregnant! I am 18 weeks now and can't wait till i'm over half way!!! I will say being pregnant is not my most favorite thing so he (they are pretty sure its a boy but i get another ultrasound in 2 weeks) better be way way cute if he wants another sibling haha! Here's a picture of me at 8ish weeks:

Now for an update on everything else we've been up to besides being pregnant!

Robert took up roping this past year and a couple of weekends ago entered into his first team roping competition? is that what they would call it?? anyways he did awesome for his first time!

Easter weekend we made a surprise trip home to Arizona-Roberts the best!! we got there saturday afternoon and then left early monday morning! way to long of a trip for such a short time, but it was sooo much fun to hang out with all the family!

Then in May we made another trip down to Arizona for Logan and Rustin's graduations and then for the Gila Valley temple Dedication. We didn't get to stay Sunday for the dedication but Saturday night we went to the Cultural Celebration where Rustin Kylee and Logan all did dances for the Prophet. We were only a couple rows behind the Prophet which was awesome!
