Cutest Kids on the planet!!

8 months

Donovan is 8 months old today!!  Time is flying!! 

Donovan loves baby food and cheerios.  

He can scoot himself around in a circle and wants to move forward but can't yet.  

He is starting to be able to sit up but falls over pretty quickly!!

Abigail still loves being by Donovan.

Abigail and I are having a great time together!  We decided to try pig tails today in her hair.  She usually doesn't hold still long enough for me to even comb her hair so this was a great accomplishment!!! 

She is so cute and fun!!!!

Visit with Grandpa Jay

I took Donovan over to visit with my Grandpa Jay today.  It was nice to visit with him!  He has been such an inspiration to me in so many ways.  My grandpa is amazing.  He has survived so much and still has a great sense of humor.  He is an example of working hard and educating yourself.   I hope he knows how much he has influenced each of his grandchildren.  I know that we all think he is the greatest and love him very much!!!

New friends and black eyes

Savannah made a friend here and we just found out they are moving to California!!!  We took some pictures to remember the short but fun friendship they had.

Maverick ran into the bathroom sink with his head.  I am still not quite sure how that happened....

Grandma Melissa had to leave early to fly to SLC.  Her mom had back surgery today and Melissa is helping them out.  Jack was able to stay an extra day and the kids had a blast playing with Grandpa. 

We tried lots and lots of pictures with Grandpa & Donovan but Donovan wasn't feeling great and he was tired so we only got a couple of good ones! 

The kids say "see you soon!!"

Nevada Day!

We had a fun Nevada day!  We celebrated with Melissa & Jack.   We decided to go to the Rain forest Cafe for lunch.  It was faster to park at the New York, New York and walk across the street to the MGM.  I forget sometimes that the kids don't remember seeing this stuff!!  

They were amazed by the skyline and roller coaster at the New York.

I was trying not to use my flash.  My flash is very very bright!

When we were heading back to the car we came off the bridge (between MGM & NYNY).  Maverick went running!!  We weren't sure what he was doing until we saw him trying to climb up a wall to get to Spider-man!! Maverick was in heaven and loved meeting him.  Maverick said to me "I didn't know Spider-man lived here too!!" 

Savannah was happy to say hi to him. 

Abigail wanted nothing to do with him!! 

Grandma Melissa wanted a picture taken with the Superhero also.  ;)  

The kids loved seeing all the lights and the castle across the street.  

After our adventure we came home so Jake and the kids could carve the pumpkin.  

Abigail wanted to help until she looked inside the pumpkin.  All the kids said it was "yucky!!"
