Fast and Easy!

Pumpkin Dump Cake

1 29 oz can pure pumpkin
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
¾ cup melted margarine

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 6 ingredients until well blended, and pour batter into 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover with pecans. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake 50 min.

Conference Weekend

We had a good conference weekend with the fam. Granny Jen day was held on Sat. (which was her birthday Oct. 4th) at Aunt Margarets house. We had some yummy soup and worked on our sewing projects. Also on Saturday Aaron and Adam both shot their spike elk, congrats! Your wives are proud of you and happy it was on the opening day. Aaron and I spent the night in Scipio, everyone was home but Amanda who had to work. Conference was wonderful as usual and when it was over we took a drive to Maple Grove to check out the leaves. So it was a great weekend filled with great food and family. As far as progress with the house: they started today with the framing!
