4 Months Missing Scooby
Yesterday was 4 months since Scooby went to the Rainbow Bridge far too early.
Seems like longer than that, and the hole in my heart is still so sore and empty.
I miss this Tuxie boy so much.
He was the epitome of gentleness.
From his glossy fur to his soulful green eyes and that plush, soft belly to the tips of those ears, I miss him so.
Today I gave his littermate Shaggy a good long brushing and told him all the fine things I remember about his brother.

Purrs and hugs. That hole will fill up with memories.
We kitties leave such big holes in humans' hearts. Purrs to you today.
I know how you feel. That hole does get smaller with time, but it's never gone.

Scooby will always be missed, your heart wll always be a little empty, but someday you will see him again, and he is watching you and purring his love. If you listen quietly, you will hear him.
He was a boy with a Fine Belly. I am sure Shaggy loved being brushed and hearing your stories of Scooby. XOXOXO
((Hugs)) from all of us. We think of your pretty boy often. xoxoxo
Many purrs to you! It's important to remember Scooby and that hole can never close up as it has to keep those good memories fresh.
(((Hugs))) and purrs. You never get over the missing, you just get used to the absence, as one blogger put it quite some time ago. :-(
Scooby sure was a handsome little guy...
I still get all leaky about my last tuxie, Gadoo. He was my best cat of all (don't tell Lucy and Skootch!), and I still miss him. Purrs to you.
Big Purrs of Remembrance to you...
He is forever in your heart and will never be forgotten.

I'm pretty sure he and my bunny man are having quite a bit of fun together.
The pain and sense of loss will ease but it takes a long time.Good memories make it more bearable. (((hugs)))
Such a sweet and heartfelt post. We know how much it hurts to miss a part of your heart. xoxo I bet it felt good to talk to Shaggy and share your memories.
xoxo, Glogirly & Katie
