Sick Day
Our mom seems to have the cold that's going around.
She thought she was getting better yesterday after 3 days of it, but today she feels worse than before. Stuffy head, fever, achy joints, sore throat.
So now we do what kitties do best...Watch over her and help her get better. Lots of bed duty. One of us has been there at all times, but usually all three of us are there.
Scout thinks she needs grooming and has been licking her a lot, but mostly we just nap beside her or watch birds & squirrels out the window.
We are hoping she feels better soon and it doesn't move into her chest because then she has trouble breathing. When she's sick she is most like at cat, sleeping most of the time.

I hope your mom feels better soon. Sleeping is good for what ails you.
Gosh, that sounds like flu. But the good thing about us is we can't catch stuff from our moms, so we can take really good care of them. I bet all of you being nearby has helped her a lot!
You are wonderful nurses! Karl's maid has a German saying for a cold:

Yep. Sounds better in German....
We will have a surprise guest coming tomorrow and a big party on Thursday!!!

Purrrs for your mum to get better soon. Mum's cold was just a head cold, so I hope you didn't take it home with you.

The Woman got a cold room our Auntie for Christmas. She's not very happy about that present... We think it's funny because it's making her snore, and she snorts herself awake. Heh.
There's a lot of germs around. Our Dad had to get a ant...uh, antsy...um, antybee...oh whatever. You know what I mean...a pill to make germs go away!

Well, she probably needs grooming because she is too sick to do it herself. You are very good to help her so that she doesn't end up stinky.
