The first cake is Bryan's Superman Birthday Cake...butter pecan with butter cream icing and modeling chocolate trim and emblem. Jennifer's cake is "Breaking Dawn"....a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and a chocolate ganache filling with strawberries. The entire cake is covered in marshmallow fondant and the chess pieces are made with modeling chocolate. YUMMY!
