Kitchen Repairs!!

What else do you want to do when you have a week old baby and your two older boys are going to be gone for a week.  Well have your kitchen flood was our idea of a good time.  I was so sad but we get a new kitchen, and grateful it was not worse.  We are lucky to have some great family who were willing to take us in thanks grandma and grandpa Crossley. (Although after 3 weeks of our rowdy boys they may have changed their minds.)  They said four weeks for the cupboards but they came two weeks early now we are waiting on countertops.  They say they will be in on the 23rd.  We are going to try living in it the middle of this week.  Who needs a kitchen sink??  We can live on paper!!!  I will post pictures of the after when we are all finished.

Grammie came and stayed with us.  She was a huge help with the baby and the boys ALWAYS have a great time with her.  She helps catch frogs and bugs and pretty much does whatever they want.  She bought them some cowboy gear and they looked so cute don't know what was going on with Zayn he was acting shy and wouldn't keep his fingers out of his nose!! 

Shayd rode a sheep and hopefully I will get a copy of him on the sheep he did awesome and won a ribbon!!

Shayd loves to hold his brother.  Krew is really lucky to have the brothers he has!

Krew Edgar

Krew Edgar was born Friday July 29th at 5:40 p.m. He weighed 7lbs 14 oz 21 1/2 inches long. He arrived a day late!!  With a little assistance.  Not PIT but something else and I just slowly went into labor.  I had about an hour of hard labor and 3-5 minutes of pushing if that and he was here.  The cord was wrapped around his neck and he swallowed some fluid but other than that he was perfect.  No epidural.  I told Keith I didn't want one and then at five.  I was starting to feel the contractions but I was not yelling or making a big deal and Keith was trying to talk me into an epidural.   I was so proud of myself.  I didn't have one with Zayn but he came so fast I didn't have time to get one and Shayd I asked for it the second I got to the hospital.  So I was pretty proud of myself. 

The email Keith sent family!!  I love him. 

Krew Edger 7 pounds 14 ounces. Why Harold Edger Guiles. Krew just came up a couple of days ago. Called him Gage for the last nine months. Had to do an online search of names, Gage was the kid in pet sematary, most people said they wouldn't name their baby after a character of a horror film. Jessie unfamiliar with the movie I gave her the details of thea movie, she didn't like it.  So Krew Edger, I shall call him Krewger. Why Jessie asked, its movie night, my pick she's in for a real surprise.

Shayd's turns 4

My big little boy turned for this year.  We were lucky and didn't have a baby on his birthday but he told everyone he was getting one for his birthday.  He was pretty specific on what he wanted this year for his birthday.  He wanted a ball gun like his friend Ryan, a blue motorcycle, a motorcycle cake, and a super cool pistol!!!  He was spoiled and got all of the above.  Grandpa got him a cap gun, dad got him a motorcycle last year at a yard sale for free(we just had to replace the battery) SWEET deal!!  Zayn got him a ball gun and aunt Cary made him a really cool motorcycle cake!!!  He was super excited.

Summer Fun

This summer was so fun and I can't believe that it is over already.  We had 2 fun weeks of swimming lessons in June at the city pool for Shayd.  He didn't like it at first and he wouldn't go under the water.  After the third day I told his instructor to just dunk him!!  And she did, he survived and he is now a little fish.  It was very sad for me that Zayn couldn't take them this year but next year.  I am a little nervous for him to take them because he is not afraid of the water at all.  We went to roaring springs.  Not super fun when you are 38 weeks pregnant but the boys had a blast. 

Being pregnant I really just wanted to have a clean house and then just lay on the couch and enjoy the central air!!  But being a mom of boys that rarely happens so I did try to do some fun things with them.  We painted a lot and I even took them to the Midvale pool by myself which a little difficult but worth it.  We did play outside if the mesquites didn't eat alive first.  

This is our neighbor and he was doing a little dance for us!!  He is huge.

Keith brought home a swingset that the neighbor gave us.  It was in rough condition and sat in our driveway for a while.  Yes we are a little whiskey tango at times.  And yes my boys are running around in undies and boots but at least they are not naked!!  They love there swingset and Keith fixed it up nicely for them. 

Porcupine race!!!!  We spent Fourth of July with the Crossley family!!  Uncle Ben and Aunt Julie and there kids came for a visit from Ohio and we had a good time.  Keith let of the fireworks.  Zayn thought they were a little loud.  Shayd beat up on all of his cousins.  And cousins Jake and Caleb had motorcyles and he informed Keith and I that he needed one really bad so he could pop a wheelie!!  Great!!!

We had a devastating loss on July fifth.  Little Hayes died from a sudden illness.  He was such a sweet boy.  We love him and he will be greatly missed.

The boys got to go horseback riding with Lexcie and Trayce!!  Always one of there favorite things to do!!

And going to Nannies to have pop and ice cream for breakfast.  I don't even try to stop them!!

We were REALY lucky to have Sydnie and Quincie come visit us for almost a week in July.  We went swimming.  Zayn would sling shot a hair tie out in the water and the kids had to get it.  He loved it.

Shayd got another week of swimming lessons from Melanie in July.  He did so great he finally learned to dog paddle.  He got to go down the slide and he just really did amazing. 

And our Kaycie Ann came and stayed a whole week with us in July!!  The boys loved having all the company and I loved all the help.  Keith's brother arranged a fishing trip for all the brothers a week before my due date. I asked Kaycie to come help me with the boys but Keith decided not to go.  Of  course we didn't have the baby early but he said he would have been mud if I would have.  But we loved having Kaycie.  We played in our pool made super hero capes and she made the BEST cookies for us.  We love her.
