I just found out that my mom’s best friend and family friend passed away. Maggy was an amazing woman; and of course a dear wife, mother, and grandmother. She truly would have done anything for anybody. She was an amazing cook, Loved Birthdays (more than me, if that is possible), loved animals, but most of all she loved RVing around the country with her loving and devoted husband Tom. Maggy we will miss you more than you will ever know... Love You, Jamie

Valentine's Day
For Valentine’s Day Kevin took me to The Melting Pot for dinner and it was fabulous. I have a feeling that I may have to hit the gym a little extra hard this week but some thing’s are worth it! The main course, we had Lobster tail, Filet mignon, Shrimp, Chicken, Pork, Spinach ravioli’s, and of course veggies.
Desert the best part… Kevin and I opted for the smore fondue which is flambeau at your table {{Tasty}}. Kevin said his favorite was the Rice Crispy treats dipped in the chocolate; we have both decided that Rice crispy treats will be a new addition to Christmas Fondue.

A brake from reality...
Kevin the High Roller
On this trip we went to Hoover dam, Kevin and I had such a great time we both love history and learning about the dam was so fun, Not to mention all of the "Dam" Jokes. We were able to take a tour of the power plant as well as inside of the dam. I highly recommend this it was amazing.
One evening we decided to go to Freemont street, this is the original "strip", they have a canopy that goes down the street that a laser shows plays on. Truly there is not much to do on Freemont besides the Laser show if you are not into drinking or gambling (this is Vegas after all) but it is worth the stop to see the show.
Jamie and Kevin on Freemont Street
We also went to the Drew Carey show, Kevin is a fan of who's line is it anyways. The show was a comedy improve which was a lot like who's line, It was a great show.
More Vegas Pictures
It's amazing to see how Vegas has evolved to what it is now. AS Kevin and I were walking around you cannot help but notice all of the high rise condos being built on the strip. It makes me wonder what Vegas will evolve to next. I guess we shall wait and see.
*** Thank you Lynnette for watching the Girls, so Kevin and I could go.
