Cutest house ever...

So, my sister in law is moving to Milwaukee this month and they really need to sell or rent their house. It is so cute I wish we were in Utah to buy it from them.. But, since we aren't I thought I would pass the news on to the rest of you.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2,268 square feet. Plus a super great family room downstairs, lots of storage, a nice backyard, and it's is in a great neighborhood.
