White Water Rafting!

We were lucky enough this Summer to FINALLY got white water rafting! I'd been begging Jonathan every summer we've lived here to do it & I was so excited when there was a group together to go!

We had so much fun with the the fam, the Luekenga's, and the Kerr's! Some of the rapids actually got kind of intense which was awesome and the parts that weren't intense were super relaxing and just fun to hang out with everyone!

Meet Baby Adri

Well on July 31st our friends Jake & Alissa had their baby girl named Adrianna Christine Thompson, Adri for short! We got to see her the following weekend and she's just so tiny & cute!!

Annual Jackpot Trip

Just like last year, we decided to take a weekend trip to Jackpot, NV with our friends Ryan & Courtney. We had some fun times doing a little gambling as well as just spend some time with our friends we don't see often! Courtney & I also got to spend some good hours catching up by the pool which was awesome!

Last Lake Days

Oh how the Summer days have come to an end :(   It's kind of depressing!

We got to have a few more fun lake days before everyone decided to call it quits. (make it be known however that there were more days that were hot enough to continue the season even longer however some friends that shall not be named decided that they were just done with boating season.... LAME!) haha!

Anyway, I sure am going to miss the hot Summer sun on the water!

Eagle Island

Every so often Jonathan will have a slower day at the gym which is great for me because that means I get to do something fun with him! One day we spent the afternoon at Eagle Island State Park. We mostly just layed out and floated around but it was relaxing and fun to be out in the sun together!

Snake River Stampede

So, I'm doing some major catching up on all this blogging, but ya gotta start somewhere right!?!

A few weekends after being back from our FL trip we had a fun night at the Snake River Stampede with friends.

Natalie was in town just overnight but I was so glad to be able to see her!

The horses and cool stuff the cowboys would do was quite entertaining to watch, now I see why Christina & Natalie follow all the rodeos around!
