Ok, so this is how we started our day....

He is riding to the park right now with this sisters and daddy! He is growing SO fast! He also got his teeth cleaned and x-rays taken for the first time at the dentist yesterday! We also took the boards that were on his bed off so he now has a REAL big boy bed! Slow down big guy!!

Salt Lake with the Justus Side!

Jay's sister, Jessica , moved to Bountiful right before Christmas so the rest of the family, his other sister, Jodi, her family and his parents came down for a visit!
We switched families about 1/2 way through our vacation. We met up with them at Jessica's house and then went to an awesome restaurant where people were diving into a body of water from the rafters/rock wall! It was crazy! The kids LOVED it!!
Conference Center
Uncle Dan had never been to Salt Lake so we went on the tour of the conference center. It was nice to be inside! A snow storm came in the day before and it was COLD!

Cousins on Temple Square...there are 10 of them now!

Another Utah State Game!

The Utah State Men's basketball team was playing in Logan during our vacation there. We decided to go and check out campus and watch a game. Jay was surprised by all the changes in 10+ years and the kids seemed interested to see where he went to school. We hit the USU Spirit Store and spent more money then intended but everyone was happy when we left! And the kids got cool new blankets for their beds! After the shopping spree we attempted to go buy tickets to the game, which ended up being pretty tricky...the Spectrum is on a hill....the hill was covered in freshly fallen snow...my van had a hard time on that hill! We eventually got up there, bought the tickets then went and got some dinner before game time!

Uncle Doug came a few minutes into the first half. He got in for free since he is a student. We had lots of fun cheering and screaming for the Aggie's...I think we might have irritated some older people sitting in front of us!

Ethan and Emily! Ethan got this hat before the game and wore it all over campus and Logan! It was so cool! He got lots attention...which he LOVED!! He would scream and wave to Big Blue every time he got anywhere near us...which was never very close!
So about half time Ethan started to pout. We asked him what was wrong...he would not answer for a long time. Finally he said he did not like Big Blue and did not want to wear his hat. Evidently he was mad at Big Blue for not waving and coming to say hi. I scooped him up, ran up the stairs...across the spectrum...back down the stairs to the floor where Big Blue hung out a lot of the first 1/2. He eventually showed up and we got this cool picture that now hangs in Ethan's room!

When the Aggie's win their home games the A on top of Old Main turns blue! WE GOT TO SEE THE BLUE A!!!
SO...if you have not yet realized from this post and previous posts...We are die hard Aggie fans!!!

Halloween...so far

Pumpkin carving!
We were going to carve pumpkins as a family on Thursday but we were all so tired and Erin was sick and sleeping so it got pushed to Friday...in two shifts!
First shift was Ethan and I with Erin on the couch sick, supervision and taking pictures.. We found a pattern of a skull to put on his pumpkin. When I was done with his I gutted Emily's and waited till she got home to decide its fate.
ewwww......

Trunk-or-treat
We had our trunk-or-treat with the church Saturday morning. It was kind of weird trick-or-treating in broad daylight! We started the event with donuts, muffins and some milk! Then it was time for candy!
