So true

Today I had to show our country manager (he's number 2 for the entire company) how to erase a line in his PowerPoint presentation he's making. And he makes A LOT more money than I do….

Sometimes, if you're lucky enough...

Sometimes in this life we are lucky enough to go on amazing adventures. And sometimes on these adventures you have things happen to you that will change you and your future forever. And sometimes you meet certain people who will forever mean the world to you because of the kindness and love you received from them. And sometimes you meet people who are your soulmate, despite all the cultural differences, language barriers and miles between you, they become your best friend.

Norway - again

Tickets to Noway – check! I'm going back to my beloved Oslo for Easter to be with my sister and her family and my mom. I can't seem to stay away from my 2 sweet little kids… Poor my sister, she's had visitors every weekend since Belle was born and she's booked for the next 3 as well. Take it as a compliment sis ;) See you soon!

Welcome back sunshine

Unless you've spent at least one year here up north you just couldn't possibly understand what spring means to us Eskimos! It has been above 0 degrees C for almost a full week straight now which means all the snow is melting away, the sun is shining through my windows at work and it's still light out when I leave the office! You have no idea what that feeling is like or what it does to you unless you've lived in total darkness and freezing cold for the past 5 months.

People are nice again, they smile, they are excited about life and all the fun things they'll be able to do soon and the new wardrobe they'll get to take out with no huge jacket or huge shoes.
Sunshine, how I love you, welcome back! Snow, it's been lovely but now it's time for you to go.
