Maleah's 4th Birthday

My sweet Maleah turned 4 years old last week. Here are some highlights of her Birthday and party.

Since you are 4 I am writing down 4 of your favorite things in life and about you.

1: Princess. Movies, dolls, dress-up, stickers, coloring, seeing them at
2:Chocolate. milk, chips, candy bars, ice cream.
3: Favorite tv shows are Dragon Tales, Dora the explorer, Go Diego Go, Barbie movies and Princess movies.
4: Color and Draw. you love to draw and color and recently cut them out. You love to try and help do art projects.

For lunch we took her to McDonald's for a Happy Meal. She even eat really good in between playing at the Playplace.

Align CenterWhitley loves ice cream.
I thought we were never going to get to party time at 4. Maleah was so sad and upset that it wasn't time yet that when her friends started to show up she was still crying. Luckily she calmed down and had a fun time with her friends. As the guest got there they made their own crown/party hat.
At the castle door, waiting for a few more friends to come.
Some of the fun they had were, making the crowns, getting their pictures taken at the castle, Red light Green light, Duck Duck goose, Kiss the Frog (like pin the tail on the Donkey) Treasure hunt, Pinata, decorate their own Princess dress cake and presents)

They went on a picture treasure hunt around the house to end up finding the Pinata in the bathtub. Then we took it out to the swing set to try and brake it open.

Hitting the pinata. I thought it was strong enough to hold the candy but weak enough for them to brake it but Joe ended up braking it open for the kids.
Princess Barbie and Prince cakes. Each girl and boy got there own mini cake to decorate with candies and extra frosting. I was so lucky that I found this set of dolls last winter at DI. They worked so well.

Maleah, you are growing up everyday and learning something new all the time. It is fun to see your imagination grow and play new ways all the time. You are talking so much better and I love to hear what you come up with next. We are so proud to be your parents and love you so much.

Family Pictures 2011

I just was so excited to get pictures taken and finally get them back. Our friend Jessica took them for us this year. I just love how they turned out and had a very hard time narrowing it down to just these. Joe and they girls we great troopers.

Maleah
She is in love with flowers, more important picking them. This little morning glory flower she won't put down.
Whitley
She was so happy during the most of the shot. She has just one tooth. Smiles almost everyone as long as she is safe in mom or dad's arms. She is very shy right now.
Sisters
They love each other. Whitley loves to follow whatever her big sis Maleah is doing. To bad they only sat for one good sister picture the whole time. But one is enough.
Mom and Daughters

Dad and Daughter
I hope you enjoyed them as much as I do. I love them so much. Thanks Jessica for taking and editing them.
