Hawaii Day 5

We tried coconut milk from a fresh coconut.......the girls weren't fans. We also took some pictures of the girls on the beach - getting some of Erin in her baptism dress.

Hawaii Day 4

So, the girls (at the time) PE teacher lives in our neighborhood. Erin told her about our trip to Hawaii and Joni kept telling Erin that she was going to hide in her suitcase.

Then, when we were at the airport super super early in the morning, Joni showed up right behind us in line to go through security. Sadly, she wasn't going to Hawaii, but had a family emergency sending her to Texas.

To lift her spirits, and just for fun, we made a Flat Joni. She joined us on many adventures on our trip. Then we put a book together of Flat Joni's adventures.

Hawaii Day 2

It was Sunday. We went to church and then headed to the beach. Beautiful day.

We learned that our girls didn't know how to put sunscreen on very well. They were pretty burned! We did great after that!

Hawaii! Day-1

Every few years, Josh has a conference in Hawaii. This was our second time going, and we decided to bring the kids. It was so incredible! Our condo had such amazing view and we could walk a couple of blocks to the best beach (kind of cove-ish, so it didn't have any big waves). Tons of rocks. Super clear. Great for snorkeling and beginning boogie boarders.

Day 1- After we got to our condo, we booked it to the beach for a couple of hours.
