Kelsie birthday

Kelsie is no longer a teenager!! She recently turned 20. I can't believe it. I feel really old having a 20 year old. She spent the day with her friends in St. George doing baptisms for the dead in the temple, going to lunch and then coming home. That night we all went and saw BYU Young Ambassadors perform at the high school and then had cake afterwards.
Last year Kelsie almost started her hair on fire with the candles so she decided to hold her hair this time.

Brian Head Labor Day weekend

We went to Brian Head over Labor Day weekend. We decided to take Ta'Kara with us so she could get to know some of her cousins on my side. She had a ball with all of the little girls. I was a beautiful weekend and so thankful to see some of my family. I really love being with them!!

This is where all the grandkids have mad a hut. Even Kierra and Kennedie and the cousins their age made a hut at this spot when they were younger. Sad to say, this woodpile is no longer there. Grandpa decided to clean the place up a bit and got rid of the wood.

Camping

We went camping the weekend school started. We had been wanting to take our trailer out somewhere, but didn't know where. Some friends invited us up to their place in Duck Creek where they have property. We stayed a couple of nights and had a good time playing cards, going on a hike, playing horseshoes, and just sitting and talking. They also had a zip line that was kind of fun.
