An Overnight Guest

The Kenneys had a family emergency last night, so Liv spent the night with us. We were laying on my bed watching Survivor and she said she was hot and thought that she had a fever. I asked her if she would like me to get her a cold wash cloth to put on her head. She thought that was a good idea. Within minutes, she was fast to sleep.

I was bored tonight and this is what I ended up with

I had a wild hair to make a necklace out of washers. I had heard that you could do it but I wasn't wasn't how. So this is what I came up with. I have since researched the web and found some more really cute necklaces and bracelets. That's what I'll be doing this coming week. Danton has the week off and I am excited to spend some time with him. Maybe go fishing , go shooting his guns or make washer necklaces and shopping at Hobby Lobby. LOL

Taylor's soccer game

On Saturday, Dan and I went to Providence to watch Taylor play soccer. She's a good little player and we had fun watching her, even though it was a tad cold.

I told Baylee to say "cheese", and this is what I got.

Konnor and Baylee got bored with the game so grandma Gina took them for a ride in her car.

Pillowcases and cards

We learn how to make pillowcase at Enrichment and I've got the fever. The colorful one is for me and the car one is for Konnor. I plan to make all the grand kids one.

Thanks to Ashley Warner and her huge supply of scrap booking paper, I am in to making cards of all sorts and colors. It's so much fun and I love doing it. It keeps me busy and off the streets.

Danton bought all these scrap booking supplies for Mother's Day. I helped him pick them out. He is so generous and sweet.
