Movie synopsis: From Prada to Nada, a modern twist on Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility is a new romantic comedy starring Camilla Belle, Alexa Vega, Wilmer Valderrama, Kuno Becker and Academy Award nominee Adriana Barraza. It's a whimsical fish-out-of-water story of two spoiled sisters: Nora (Camilla Belle), a law student, and Mary (Alexa Vega), an undergrad party girl, living with their father in a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills. Mary has become so "90210" she refuses to admit she is of Mexican descent. When dad suddenly passes away, their posh lives are turned upside down. They discover they have been left penniless and are forced to move into their estranged aunt Aurelia's (Adriana Barraza) modest but lively home in the Latino-centric Boyle Heights neighborhood of East LA. They are terrified to leave their world of privilege; neither Nora nor Mary speak Spanish or have ever had to take on actual responsibility. The girls gradually adapt to their new environment; their BMW and Prius are traded for the public bus and a used car. As they embrace the culture that for so long they refused to accept, they both discover romance, the true meaning of family, and they learn that the life of PRADA actually means NADA without love, family and community.

A True Story (Based on Things that Never Actually Happened. ...And Some that Did.) is a comedy film, release date to be announced later. The film is written by Cameron Fife / Tyler McGee and directed by Malcolm Goodwin, and stars Katrina Bowden, Jon Gries, Sugar Lyn Beard, Kelen Coleman, Malcolm Goodwin, Keith Loneker, Chelsea Logan, Andy Anderson, Michael Bernardi, Cameron Fife, Tyler McGee, Chuck Bradley, Tommy O'Rourke and Mike McLendon.

Movie synopsis: A True Story is a film within a film...within a film, as we see the real side of Hollywood as lived in by struggling actors. The story is not, however, inclusive to the LA scene. It's a story about resisting temptation and maintaining integrity. It's about keeping track of what's really important in life, the people that really love you and would do anything for you, however imperfect they might be.

Mike (Cameron Fife) and Matt (Tyler McGee), are best friends and roommates who have struggled as actors for two and a half years.

Along the way they have been able to write a screenplay, a vehicle for them both, which they are sure will lead them to success. They even have a perspective buyer, Jason (Malcolm Goodwin), a friend from the neighborhood who is the assistant to the big time Hollywood producer Richard Simpkins (Jon Gries).

It is soon apparent the script they have written is actually an allegory for their own lives. Meanwhile, Mike's ex- girlfriend Deanna (Katrina Bowden) has suddenly moved into town, and is trying to re-kindle her relationship with Mike.

Mike and Matt's struggles are now more than just where their next meal will come from, as they fight to not only keep themselves attached to their script, but also to remain friends through the turmoil brought on by both greedy Hollywood producers and slutty ex- girlfriends.

Movie synopsis: 22-year-old Aura returns home to her artist mother's TriBeCa loft with the following: a useless film theory degree, 357 hits on her Youtube page, a boyfriend who's left her to find himself at Burning Man, a dying hamster, and her tail between her legs. Luckily, her trainwreck childhood best friend never left home, the restaurant down the block is hiring, and ill-advised romantic possibilities lurk around every corner. Aura quickly throws away her liberal-arts clogs and careens into her old/new life: a dead-end hostess job, parties on chilly East Village fire escapes, stealing twenties out of her mother's Prada purse, pathetic Brooklyn "art shows," prison-style tattoos done out of sheer boredom, drinking all the wine in her mother's neatly organized cabinets, competing with her prodigious teenage sister, and desperate sex in a giant metal pipe. Surrounded on all sides by what she could become, Aura just wants someone to tell her who she is.

In contrast, the couple that introduced them, Clyde (John Ortiz) and Lucy (Daphne Rubin-Vega), are confronting unresolved issues in their marriage. Jack is a limo driver with vague dreams of landing a job with the MTA and an obsession with reggae that has prompted him to begin a half-hearted attempt at growing dreadlocks. He spends most of his time hanging out with his best friend and fellow driver Clyde and Clyde’s wife Lucy. The couple set Jack up with Connie, Lucy’s co-worker at a Brooklyn funeral home. Being with Connie inspires Jack to learn to cook, pursue a new career and take swimming lessons from Clyde so he can give Connie the romantic boat ride she dreams of. But as Jack and Connie cautiously circle commitment, Clyde and Lucy’s marriage begins to disintegrate. From there, we watch as each couple comes face to face with the inevitable path of their relationship.
