3 year olds!!

Garrison has been "potty trained" for about a year. That is, he can pee in the toilet. Poop is a whole different story....

You see he CAN go in the potty, but instead chooses to go at night in his pants. It's frustrtating.

TODAY the conversation goes like this:

Me: Garrison, why do you keep pooping in your pants, its gross and you are a big boy.
Garrison: Dat time I went in the potty. It was a accident.
Me: NO, that is where you are SUPPOSE to go!!! That was the right place to do it!
Garrison: NO, THAT WAS AN ACCIDENT.

:bangs head into wall:

*sigh*

Christmas Program at Preschool

This year was Garrison's first year and Grady's last. They kids all sung a few songs and then introduced themselves and said "Merry Christmas" to the crowd.

Dressing up of all sorts!

So, Halloween this year was on a Wednesday, so the boys had school. So, instead of wearing costumes to school, they wear their pajamas. My boys look forward to this every year! Gibson is sad he can't do this anymore as this was always his favorite day!
After preschool and before I had to pick up Gibson, Gregg's work had a function for the kids, so I drove Grady and Garrison down to his office and we did some trick or treating. They had a bunch of fun things for the kids set up.
And, of course, what trip to daddy's work would be complete without getting a Starbucks. So, here we are waiting on Gregg to get thta for us.
I stayed home and handed out candy this year, while Gregg took Gibson out to the local Town Center to get some trick or treating in. The other boys stayed home since they had already been to Gregg's work. Then, all 3 of them did the neighborhood after it got dark.

This is the boy's monster had my friend Tamara made. I love it cuz it fits me too :)
 Post trick or treating COMA!
 Ready to hit the neighborhood!
The boys are into Super Heros BIG TIME....and so, after Halloween, I decided I was going to see what I could get for cheap. I was able to get several costumes for them for $10 or less. Some were even less than $5. I'm so doing this every year from now on! The kids have worn the soup out of these things and it was the best money every spent.

Iron Man, Grady
 Old School/Blue Batman, Garrison
Gibson is "new school" or "dark" Batman
My boys with their friends, Batgirl, Kea and Spiderman, Tiernan
 "To the batcave..."
And for the first time in probably 10-15 years, I actually dressed up! I went to both a Halloween show and a Halloween skate night! I had a lot of fun at both events. I even made my Poison Ivy costume!

Christmas Card Pictures

This year I decided to do something different with our Christmas Card...I thought, why not use the trapeze bar and have some fun with it! So, I dressed the boys up in their Super Hero costumes and had them play on the bar. It was fun, until they were done...then it wasn't fun anymore!
And what I came up with!
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and holiday season!

Fun stuff I like to do

So, while rehearsing one day at my friend's warehouse for my show at church, she took a few pictures of me in action!

Hockey Date Night

When Gregg has a hockey game (season ticket holder for the Everett Silvertips) that falls on Date Night, we usually get me a ticket and go to that. I don't LOVE them like Gregg does, but it's fun to go to a game or two every year. So, we usually have dinner and then head to the game. It's fun.
Sometimes a girl just needs to wear her red jeans and sparkly belt.
They won this night. I'm pretty sure it was because I had my sassy red jeans on. Just sayin'.
