Princess Bella got a new Bed!!

Well, our little Bella is growing up so fast! She's got us wrapped around her tiny little fingers. So much so, that today we decided to finally crack and get her that princess bed that she has been asking for ever since she was born. There's just something crazy cute and silly about a 10 pound baby in a monster sized king size bed. What do you think... is there enough room to grow?(btw... this is our king size bed, in case you were wondering).

Sassers are moving on

It is with bittersweet sadness that we say farewell to our good friends, Craig, Stephanie and their adorable son Jackson Sasser. Today they left Eugene to recreate a new life in their home area of Seattle. We will miss our good friends DEARLY! Dave even cried as Stephanie and Jackson walked out the door - I held back and cried later. We know we will see them frequently as we have trips planned and will always remain friends and in contact, but it is very sad that they will not be down the road from us anymore. They have been fantastic friends, fun to play with, hang out, chat it up with, and always there if we ever needed a helping hand! However, we are happy for them and the opportunities that are before them in their new city. May the Lord bless you!
We miss you guys already and we love you!
(I would have more pictures, but there is a certain female Sasser who refuses to let her picture be taken!)

Isabella's Blessing Day

Isabella was blessed on Sunday, February 1st! It was a great day and she looked absolutely beautiful!! Her dress was from her Grandma Stockdale - so pretty! We were blessed to have friends and family participate in the celebration! For those of you who do not know what a baby blessing is all about for us Latter Day Saints, it is the moment the baby is blessed and given a name for the records of the church by her father or other priesthood holder. Dave gave her the blessing and did a great job!
I was really nervous that she was going to cry during the blessing, that wouldn't have been good since it is done in front of the entire congregation. But she was good and super adorable!
