There are so many things we love about Jade. She has a smile that just makes everyday a gift. She has a laugh that makes anyone want to laugh with her. This is a video of Jade laughing with her cousin, Bree.
We love checking in on her during the night. She has some pretty unique sleeping positions. She has grown quite attached to any blankets that are knitted.
She LOVES food. Bread, crackers, pasta, fruit, it's all good to her.
This past week she surprised us with progressing from crawling to walking. She's quite the little mover that will keep us busy. Jade now has 2 bottom teeth. She can say mama, dada, dog, and hi.
Jade's first Birthday Cake! Forget the cake...it's all about the frosting.
A little side note about the bandage on her hand. Jade wanted to help with her cake. We didn't act fast enough and she got a little burn that made her cry like the world was going to end. It was a hard lesson for all of us that made us feel so bad.
