5.5 months old

my tevita. he's growing sooo fast. it makes me happy and sad all at the same time. we decided we needed to capture him at this stage and asked Amber to take some quick shots of him. Amber is the daughter of Jon and Nikki Mozo, our dearest friends. Jon was an AMAZING man with an amazing talent for photography. he passed away in 2005. his daughter has acquired his talent and eye for shooting...she is also AMAZING ♥
here are just a few that she posted on her website. i have to go and sift through the many that she took, but i'd like to share these for now ;) thank you berrr...

they came out MUCH better than i expected and we're sooo happy with the way they turned out!

at 5 and a half months, Tevita is now rolling over, talks and babbles a lot more, laughs at his sister when she talks and dances for him, chews on everything within reach, loves to JUMP in his jumper-roo, and smiles at EVERYONE he sees! he is such a HAPPY baby and we are BLESSED ♥ we love you baby boy!

jungle river...

...miniature golfing with our own miniatures (jason & chalei)
it took a bit of work since it was their first time. their favorite technique? putt the ball once from the start point, pick it up from where ever it landed, walk the ball over to the hole, place it a few inches from the hole, and slide it into the hole with the side of the putter ;)

taking a break...golfing is hard work :D

Tevita even got involved as daddy's caddy ;)

and then as we were leaving, they insisted on riding the merry-go-round. fun times.

MERRY CHRISTMAS! Part 2

So even though we were staying at the Ko'olina with the Fatongia's for Christmas, we drove into town to also be with my family for Christmas. We were tired, but ready for ROUND 2! The huge pile of presents before...

and the huge pile of trash and toys after ;)

I was horrible at taking pictures this night and didn't capture many but here's a few...
Princess dress up heels for our little princess...

Baby J opening his trucks!

and yes, our kidshave no clothes ;) They got hot from all the hard work of opening gifts and wanted to take their shirts off.

And lastly, a quick shot from our annual Mozo Christmas party on Dec. 26th. We did our usual White Elephant gifts and as always, it was a blast!

Christmas, as always, was WONDERFUL this year! It really is the most wonderful time of the year and I LOVE being surrounded by family and friends!
My hubby even surprised me with a much needed SPA package that I am soooo excited about! He's so good to me. Merry Christmas!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas from the Fatongia's!
We decided to celebrate Christmas with Wilson's family by staying at the Ko'olina for 2 nights! It was such a nice get-away and it was nice to have quality family time with his family!
Our first activity was making a gingerbread house! Oli, Chalei and I jumped into it and created a BEAUTIFUL house!

Chalei worked really hard on placing each piece of candy in it's place! She's a slight perfectionist like her mama ;)

She was soooo PROUD of her house and I was so happy that she actually got into it!

Then it was time to open some presents...I didn't get pictures of them all but here's a few,

a princess doll...

Tinkerbell dress up set with dresses, jewelry, hair accessories and more!

some play food for her kitchen...

and last, but not least, her FAVORITE, a new big girl bike! A princess bike decked out with a baby seat for her dolls too!

Some pool time the next morning, my cute little family!

Games with daddy...he pulled her ALL over the pool and was spinning her around and she loved it!
My fishies ;)
It was such a nice Christmas with the Fatongia's! Hope to do it again soon!

Christmas Sunday

Our babies were all in matching Christmas outfits and we forgot to take some pictures at church, so when we got to my mom's house for dinner, we took some candid ones and here they are ;)
My sweet Tevita is growing so quickly! He is 4 months old and such a joy as he's smiling a lot more and has the cutest little giggles and squeals ♥

Now I'm sure all you parents out there know that it's difficult to get a bunch of children to smile together, at the same time. Here were our attempts...Mailani and my mom were behind me clapping and laughing to make Vita look and smile, but the 2 bigger monkeys kept looking at them instead and started clapping too...ughh! Oh well ;)

This last one was the best one, but I can't get rid of Baby Jason's red eye. Well, it was worth a shot...They are adorable even though we didn't get the "perfect" shot ♥

Honolulu City Lights

When we arrived at Honolulu Hale, there was a mini carnival going on in the large lawn near all of the displays. This was our first stop. Chalei LOVES train rides so she and her daddy jumped on and took a pretty long ride around the grounds ;) She loved it!

Then it was onto the helicopter ride that she wanted to over and over again...

The Hawaiian Mr. & Mrs. Clause...
Sad that this picture came out blurry cause it was the only one we got with all four of us :(

The giant Christmas tree on the front lawn...

Daddy and Lei with Santa again...
Tevita and Santa...

Then we took a walk through Honolulu Hale to see all the amazing trees and their different themes. Chalei's favorite was the Cat in the Hat...

Wilson's favorite was the Grinch (because he is one...lol)

My 3 loves ♥ It was a nice little family activity and the kids LOVED looking at all the lights! It was a great way to get even more excited for Christmas!
